There is no service whatsoever. The management team is not easy to work with. We tried for 3 days to arrange cleaning. The mats are filthy and never vacuumed. We did not have any lights in the bathroom and waited 4 days so far for it to be fixed. Cooking equipment is filthy. Non of the pots or pans are usable. The glassware, crockery all chipped. There was no tumble dryer as per the ad and when I enquired I was told they have updated the ad and to use the clothes horse. This was important for us as we are a family of 4. Beds are too soft to sleep on so very uncomfortable. Overall the management is not helpful.

Conveniently located along Bree street, the apartments at 16 on Bree are comfortable and restful. The units are classy, warm and welcoming. My stay was memorable capitalized by well-appointed furniture and amenities that do not cramp and clutter the space. You can lounge on the couch, and sleep on the most heavenly bed and pillows. The bathroom is functional with excellent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The kitchenette is well equipped and maintained. There is free wifi and a smart TV with access to Netflix. The units have a dedicated parking slot, and the whole building itself is well secured, and manned by efficient security personnel. The location allows easy access to the V and A waterfront, de Waterkant, and Sea Point, Green Point and Camps Bay, and all the nice places and spots the Cape Town CBD has to offer. As it is in Bree street, a gamut of art galleries and restaurants are within walking distance. The units here are perfect for the solo traveler, the digital nomad (the internet connection is reliable and fast), and couples or families on retreat. The concierge staff are also accommodating and efficient, and there is a bar and outdoor gym and infinity pool on site. I will definitely think of coming back.
