It was perfect

This hotel is heaven on earth! Situated in between the rugged Atlantic coast and the panoramic Table Mountain, the stunning hotel has amazing rooms with great decor and amazing food in the Leopard Bar and Azure restaurant and the staff really go above and beyond! Thank you Twelve Apostles!

It's a lovely hotel with the most amazing views. On arrival we were offered a welcome drink and chose MCC. We were shown to our room and to be honest, I know you have to pay for a view, but we ended up with a room looking onto a wall. That wall at night was lit up so bright, we had to ask them to turn down the lights because we could not sleep. The "curtains" were shutters and the shutters did not shut out the light from that wall. That was a little disappointing. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was a milestone birthday that we had booked this weekend for. We had also asked for king feather pillows as those are our standard back home. We did get them and were grateful. They did help in getting us to sleep some of the first night. the second night, the hotel did manage to turn down the lights on the wall outside and it was easier to get to sleep. The staff were lovely and friendly, extremely helpful and made the stay very pleasant. My only other complaint was that the floor needed sweeping and didn't seem to get swept the entire time we stayed there. I kept having to dust off my feet before getting into bed. Otherwise, the food was excellent. We chose sushi the first night and it was spectacular. The second night we chose to go out for a meal instead of dining in. The breakfasts were spectacular and incredibly inviting. One could quite easily gorge onself on the brekkies alone, but I chose to hold back for the second day's brekky as we were going out for a celebratory lunch and I needed to save some space for the delectable meal we were heading for. You could easily have breakfast and not eat again until dinner. The choice is yours. The decor is elegant and comfortable with a certain class to it. All in all, a good experience, but if you really want to feel the 5-Star experience, you will have to pay for the view, the meals and the drinks.

I have driven and cycled by the hotel over the years and never stayed so this was a first. It’s a classic good quality boutique hotel. Positives + well appointed rooms + attentive staff + excellent Azure restaurant + great walks up the foothills of the Twelve Apostles affording fantastic views of Lions Head and the coast + proximity to Camps Bay and Cape Town Negatives - the road outside the hotel is busy and noisy - shoulder season did mean events and one was a noisy wedding party - room cleaning started very early in the morning and could be heard along the corridor

Amazing experience. Beautiful hotel. We stayed at the Oyster Box in Durban and were excited to try another red carnation hotel. Exceeded our expectations. We had a Mountain View room and the view was exceptional. Went running on the road in the morning. Very safe. Breakfast was perfect and we really enjoyed the entire property. Had a foot massage that was exceptional at the Spa. Service was top notch. Food was excellent. Loved the more isolated location. Shuttle to camps bay was easy. Had dinner at the grill. Last day we had a few hours before leaving for the airport so we hung out in the leopard’s bar. Highly recommend you try it

Stunning view, beautiful hotel and the area where its situated its breath taking. One of the best hotel in Cape Town. The view is out of this world.

Sisipho at Twelve Apostles: I was blown away by her exceptional check-in service! From her promptness to her friendly demeanor, she made me feel valued and assisted me with everything I needed. Her attention to detail and helpfulness were outstanding. A true gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here on a short break (5 nights) in March. Hospitality and service was excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful. We has a Mountain View and a huge bed. A couple of basic ******* which were sorted out straight away. The bar was fabulous for sun downers. We ate a couple of times in the bistro which was good. Breakfast could be slow but was delicious.

Today my husband and I enjoyed a luxury picnic at the 12 Apostles Hotel & Spa. Whilst it was a foggy day this made for a unique experience as if we were in the clouds. There was an abundance of food from wraps, to salads, cheeses & deserts. Godwin looked after us for the day and his service was impeccable, very informative as we made our way to the private picnic spot, friendly & genuinely wanted to make this the perfect experience for us, which it was!
