Amazing service and amenities! Attention to detail: there is a pillow menu and soap menu. Best sunset view in Cape Town. Used the spa while staying at the hotel and loved it, the staff were welcoming and attentive. Huge and divine breakfast buffet.

Two nights on a Cape Road trip. Arrived 2pm and car unloaded and valet parked. We were expertly checked in and given Room 102 which had a view to die for and a complementary bottle of wine. Dinner in Azure restaurant with a tasting menu of five courses for SAR825 each. Used free shuttle to Cape Town. They also sent a complementary bottle of wine to out next hotel the Mount Nelson. Everyone at the 12A was so helpful and room servicing was tip top. Would visit again to sit in the sun and watch the ocean. Windows heavily sound proofed so no problems at night with road noise.

The arrival at the hotel was pleasant from being received by Ms. Phila who had taken us through our check-in and tour of the hotel. A big thank you to Lungile and Siyabulela at housekeeping for making the occasion of our 1year anniversary the most romantic experience. From Candle lights to rose pebbles to bubbly on ice, this was everything. Great thinking out of the box by the team. Our day at the hot pool next to Azure Restaurant we were exceptionally served by Sis Pinkie who was little of a disturbance but a check up for refill for our drinks at the right moments. The food at Azure on our date night was good, just disappointing that our King and Queen Prawns were either overcooked as the inside was soft and upon deshelling not intact. Overall the experience was great.

Our stay at the 12 Apostles Hotel for our 3rd anniversary was a mix of highs and lows. The highlight of our trip was the amazing picnic with an unbeatable view—truly one of the most breathtaking experiences we’ve had. We also had a fantastic dinner, with delicious food that met all our expectations. A special shoutout to Godwin, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. His service was exceptional, and we felt valued throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed by a few things. The hotel decor felt outdated and didn't quite match the luxury vibe we were expecting. Another letdown was the paid private cinema experience. We were expecting something special but ended up just watching Netflix, which felt like a waste, as we could have done that in our room. Overall, the views and the service were wonderful, but the decor and cinema experience left something to be desired.

Good morning Simphiwe, I hope that you are well. I would like to say thank you for the kindness, professional and excellent service shown me on both occasions when I visited the 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa on Thursday, 03rd October 2024 as well as Saturday, 05th October 2024. Thursday was my first time at your most beautiful hotel. 2 of my friends from USA, Clover Cobb and Michelle Guy joined me on their vacation and mine as well. Planned visit without reservations. The service was excellent and the food was amazing, delicious and scrumptious and the ambience was sublime. We ate at the Leopard's bar. We were served by Rati and Amy Leigh the manager was also extremely attentive. The Saturday I came with 2 other tourists from USA, Stacy van Putten and Danielle whom I met on Table mountain the day before and they requested a private tour and I brought them for lunch at the 12 Apostles. Unplanned visit without reservation. They had an awesome time and raved about the delicious food, ambience and excellent service was top class.

We were a table of 12 to celebrate a special family occasion at the Cafe Grill for lunch. What an exceptional experience. The setting, views, ambience, service and food was very good! The chicken burger is amazing and I’ll be back to have that.

Stayed at this hotel in September for 4 nights following our arrival in Cape Town from the UK as part of a 2 week holiday along the garden route Located in Camps Bay only 15 minutes from the V&A waterside in Cape Town The hotel offers a ride into Camps Bay (5 minutes) and centre of Cape Town Excellent hotel and I would recommend to anyone wanting to relax and be pampered Staff were excellent, Service first class and food amazing especially the breakfast - no need for lunch Thanks team for a great stay - book 3 nights and get the 4th free Thanks for the stay team

Myself and my fiancé (now husband) had our wedding at the Twelve Apostles Hotel recently and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The 12A team did everything possible to make our wedding day & stay a beautiful, and unforgettable chapter in our lives. Everything was run perfectly, from start to finish. Our wedding day turned out PERFECTLY, and the guests haven’t stopped reminiscing & raving about the venue, decor, flowers & food (amongst other things) 🤍 This is all thanks to the 12A team. During our stay in the honeymoon suite, we were treated like & felt like ROYALTY. I haven’t stopped gushing about the beauty of our room (the views, the rose petal turndown, the gorgeous embroidered towels etc). It honestly left us speechless, and it was the perfect way to start our new chapter as Mr & Mrs Amm.
