Aside from room comforts, the hotel provides an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean and easy access to several shops and restaurants, including the Mojo Market nearby. The staff and free shuttle drivers were very helpful. Lastly, the onsite restaurant and bar, plus outdoor seating/lounging and pool is a plus.

Three week Senior Discovery Tour group, was our last stop in Cape Town, South Africa. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with kitchen , four nights of luxury for two of us. Right on the coast line, Cape Town is beautiful with lots to offer. Definitely a bonus at the end of a very busy tour. Lots of sites were seen, wineries and good shopping was had by all. Shout out to Marcus and his team, their commitment and dedication of service and meeting guests needs went above and beyond. A deep hearted thank you from the sisters, hope to see you again.

We last visited The Peninsular back in 2019, prior to covid. All I can say that this is the place to be when in Cape Town. On arrival, I was early as had an early flight. On arrival I was greeted and advised room was not ready and my cases were put in safe holding. I had a coffee and went shopping. On my return my room was ready. I was escorted up and shown my room and how things operated. Professionalism from arrival. Front staff went out off their way to assist where required. Shuttle service to town or V&A was incredible, occasionally with a historic chat from the driver as to what happened overtime. There amenities are top rate, I used there indoor pool, the gym was fully operational and free to use. I did use a paid service in a sports massage with Moira, she was brilliant. On Monday we were invited to a light meal and drink at Strolla, excellent chatting to staff members, sat at my table and felt like family. The only issue that happened, was that I book a shuttle from the airport and it was misplaced, but did not suffer due to it. Cannot thank the staff for their service.

Very comfortable bed and clean rooms! The view from the balcony is hard to beat. Relatively quiet at night and very reasonably priced.

As a family with an Autistic teen we are ever so grateful to the staff and team at this dream resort hotel. They have gone beyond expectations to accomodate us with our son in so many ways. Special mentions to Siphiwe, Brin, Brent the manager and all the lovely ladies and gents at the desks who we greeted every day and night. Had 5 nights in a two bed apartment, from turning up to checking out they all could not be more helpful. The attention to detail and friendly atmosphere was amazing. Even more amazing was the courtesy transport that was laid on, all you had to do was say, at reception, where you want to go and time and they take you and arrange a pick up and return. Will certainly book a return stay.

A fantastic location in Seapoint with a great Ocean view .Staff very friendly,thank you Olly ( Operator) our waitress for taking good care of us.Your recommendations were top notch loved the Seafood platter and my wife enjoyed the Kingklip fillet. Love this hotel, stay here when in Cape Town. Great location easy access to areas all around Cape Town. Spacious rooms, some are more modern than others Good size balcony. Staff so friendly and helpful. Restaurant average when we ate. Great breakfast
