This charming hotel is absolutely wonderful. The room we had was so beautifully outfitted with a lovely balcony overlooking table top mountian. And coffe and sherry and rusks to nibble on our terrace. The hotel food in the excellent restaurant was superb. And the service from the friendly staff was top shelf. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Perfect location , not far from airport , 5 mins in taxi to V&A waterfront , wonderful views of table mountain from roof top terrace ,a lovely spa , small pool and jacuzzi with sun loungers, spotlessly clean rooms but most of all amazing friendly staff

9 sI cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It was certainly the larges room we ever stayed in and one of the nicest. The breakfast was great, and every - truly every - employee we came into contact with was pleasant, helpful, and very gracious. They all work with the enthusiasm like they're all co-owners of a hotel that only opened a month ago. The rooftop bar has a magnificent view of Table Mountain. Cloud 9 is one of the two or three nicest and most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had. We love this hotel.

Stayed here on our honeymoon. Perfect location in Cape Town, walkable to Kloof Street and many good restaurants. Beautiful view of Table Mountain from our balcony. Food at the rooftop restaurant was very good, we ate breakfast there each morning. Very friendly and helpful staff! Different & eclectic vibe.

We stayed here as our first stop on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The staff were welcoming and attentive, booking us tickets for the table mountain cable car and recommending what tickets to get having checked wait times. The food at the restaurant was lovely and the cocktails at the bar were delightful. We even received a very kind handwritten card congratulating us on our marriage. I had a massage at the spa which was one of the best I have had with the massuer focusing on what my body needed rather than following a defined plan. All in all, would highly recommend and if we come back to cape town we will definitely book again.

Very well situated CT. The beds and bedding was so comfortable and very luxurious. Showers were also superb. Breakfast was a wide selection and very satisfying, waitress was fab. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. We had to move rooms as ours was a bit too noisy and they moved us the very next day. We will definitely be back.
