The worst night sleep ever in a hotel. Sadly, the peace and tranquility advertised by this resort was not our reality. There is a detour taking traffic within yards of the room we were allocated. Moreover, the room would not lock, was dirty and the patio had stains and water from the leak pouring from the roof. Even the bath robe was stained and dirty. The staff were lovely and apologised - the next day we were moved to the main house which is ok, but not worth the high costs.

The hotel has old world charm and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, please note the proximity to a busy road. We have posted photographs to allow you to make up your own mind. The noise is so loud you will struggle to sleep and you can smell the diesel/petrol fumes from the balcony and room.

The property is situated near by the beach and the restaurants. The area is quiet and you get a real nature experience. Service, restaurants and rooms are good.

The most beautiful tranquil property, absolutely loved staying here with my husband as part of our honeymoon. The views are absolutely unparalleled, fantastic breakfast and dinner can’t wait to visit again

The staff ,particularly Benson, were friendly and helpful.The hotel is in a lovely location giving an impression of an English country house.Which of course is what it was.Views of the bay are exceptional.The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Excellent, discreet room service & facilities cleaned properly every day. Benson & Melody were especially prompt & efficient in the bar & restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. Problems with our key & safe were resolved quickly. Surroundings beautifully maintained, views stunning & loungers very comfortable. The chef went to extra trouble to cook a favourite dish that didn’t feature in the BBQ menu, very much appreciated & beautifully presented!
