Finished our SA holiday visiting my sister at these fabulous Appts , excellent friendly staff rooms very good we had appt 2D fabulous huge side balcony that looks directly onto the beach , and handy for hop on hop off bus .. well worth the vist from a cold Scottish winter .. when i visit my sister again in 2 yrs time i will 100% return .. thank you for making my visit special .

This hotel is perfectly located. It right in front of the Promenade for beautiful views and strolling/running . Also right across the street is the hugs and wonderful Sea Point Swimming Pool. Stop 10 for the Cape Town Hop On/Hop Off and other tour pick ups is also just across the street. Wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, stores, etc are also right there close by as in less than 100 meters away. We stayed in a 2 bedroom Unit with a full kitchen that was fully stocked with plates, cookware, big refrigerator, etc, (Room C1). The unit was very comfortable and spacious. It has wonderful views and a big seaside balcony with a big table. The staff was very helpful and Athena and Louis went above an beyond in assisting us before and during our stay there. Highly recommend and I will stay there when I go back to Cape Town. Their cafe, Jooma, has excellent and great value breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers from coffee, Chai to soda and wine.

The location is really great, we stayed in a 1 bedroom 4 sleeper apartment and had a side view of the ocean. The staff are friendly will go out of their way to accomodate you. There is very limited parking so you must book a spot in advance. When there is loadshedding there is not alternative power solutions and the lift will not work. The apartment is tiny, and really cannot accomodate more then two people. The bathrooms are really in need of an upgrade. (photos attached) In the bedroom due to the tiny size one cupboard cannot be used/opened fully. Our balcony door did not lock, which left us feeling a bit unsafe. The digital safe only worked with a key, and we also opted to not use it - did not feel secure enough. The lift is neglected - tiles falling off For the prime location of seaview I expected more Our housekeeper Cherlene, was great though - friendly and each day we came to different bathroom towel themes (photo attached)

The hotel was fantastic clean friendly staff and 100% recommend to anyone going to Cape Town. Just loved being here. So close V&A waterfront and the mojo market in walking distance..very excellently recommended.

Great Resort. The staff was very friendly and Helpfull .they are the Best. We had a great time at the resort. We will always remember what a great 5 weeks we spent at the resort. We stayed for 1 week at Riviera suites 1st week of Dec 2022 at unit D3. It is a 4 sleeper unit. It has side partial sea views. All the 4 sleepers have partial side sea views. 6 sleepers have front views. We were on the 3rd floor. A bit difficult during load shedding. Take along an emergency light or 2. No lights provided during load shedding. Beautiful views. Convenient location.Parking a huge problem. Have to book parking in advance. But good luck with that also. I think the 4 sleeper is slightly cramped. Needs a deep spring clean also. Bathrooms need a renovation.

We book as group of friends with checkin of 15h00..The checkin service is very poor we had to wait 2hr30min for our room to be ready, and Ms Charlotte didn't have an audacity to apologize but was so rude towards us.
