Everything was literally perfect except for the flies and a few knats flying around the food. Which tells me that the kitchen needs to become cleaner.  The bathtub rim and toilet rim could use a little more scrubbing, but other than that everything was lovely.

This hotel is in the centre of the CBD. It’s closer to many local amenities and long street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a variety of options and the restaurant is open until very late at night and has local and international cuisines like Korean short rib and Vietnamese spring roll. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have The Grotto Spa within the hotel which I highly recommend. I definitely would suggest you check it out if you plan to visit Cape Town.

I made an online booking about6 months ago and there was a misunderstanding.I was gladly surprised that was resolved within 2hrs at that time and got R750 credit/refund.The visit was IN29/08/2024,OUT 02/092024.It was my third visit with family.All I can say the breakfast is still first class..The staff was very helpful with my daughter.Tgey were going out theur way to make feel valued as guest and the manager was not onlly overlooking but participating in making all gusts comfortable.The reception staff is extremely friendly,helpful,accommodating.They are exceptionally professional and enjoy assisting guests.Very clean,beautiful ambience.The weather was chilly so we could not swim.Overall I will go back again.

Had my friends surprise birthday dinner tonight . Special table was set up for us close to the bar area. NXT t a heater(very thoughtful) The food was great The service was great .All in all it was a very nice evening.friendly staff all over. Definitely coming back for a spa day.

Nice modem hotel with spacious comfortable rooms, good size bathroom with full bath and power shower. The pool deck area is sunny all day with comfy sunbeds and a small pool to cool off in . Service around the pool is excellent also . Location is safe with lots of restaurants and bars close by . Table Mountain View from pool deck too . Nice relaxing break from sightseeing. V & A is a taxi ride .

The hotel's interior is exquisite. The people at reception are warm, friendly and professional. The restaurant manager and staff are very helpful and responsive. The managers at breakfast and dinner made every effort to ensure that all guests were attended to. I really appreciated that. Keep it up! The Spa in the basement is a hidden treasure! Absolutely amazing!
