I will start with the negative. when I arrived, I was not particularly impressed with the cleanliness or lack thereof of the apar**ent and the state of the bedding linen. Having said that, I was highly impressed with the prompt response to all my questions prior to checking in. When I reported the above 2 issues, I felt like I was the only customer. They made me feel very important. The maintenance guy was lovely, tentatively listened to everything I said and ensured before he left I was ok. The Housekeeping lady did an amazing job making sure that place was spotless before she left. And ensured that I would be comfortable for the duration of my stay. Whoever was behind what's app responded to each and every text I sent promptly. Highly impressed with the service I received. Thank you.
