I was unable to make the booking due to global IT outage and flight cancellations … the hotel refused to modify my booking to change the dates or to refund me….!!! DONT BOOK WITH THEM

It was so noisy, it seemed like some equipment was working outside, it was really super noisy. There was an alarm on the first day of check-in, I couldn't sleep at all after thinking about it all night.
There were bugs in the room.
The breakfast was also terrible.
There was a power outage in the room and I had to wait for a recharge.

A very warm welcome from Grace & the rest of the team. Breakfast was great and lunch as well, staff are very friendly especially Grace. Dinner was also great Carlos was very friendly,the restaurant is very clean food was nice. Great service I Thank you 🙏

We had a great time at the Fountain, the food, the beverage everything was on point. I would recommend anyone anytime and promise you that you won't be disappointed. We coming back in March with family so they may experience the cuisine life..

The hotel is very central, in close proximity to the CTICC, V &A Waterfront and in the heart of the CBD. The staff are helpful and very professional. We found the accommodation is comfortable, clean and service is exceptional. The highlight for our stay was the breakfast,

A very warm welcome from the receptionist I forgot her name. Mr D the porter was very friendly. Breakfast was great, restaurant staff are very friendly expecially Grace always smiling & helpful we enjoyed our stay.
