Waterfront Village by TPF

Small 1 bedroom apartment in very good location. 700m from V&A mall and docks. Safe and fully serviced daily. Basement parking nearby. Good large shower and lovely balcony. Only criticism is why paint the interior walls black?

The apartment is in a very secure area. It is located within a short walking distance to the Victoria & Albert Shopping Mall in Cape Town’s Waterfront. It is clean, very friendly staff.

Our apartment was superb - clean, comfortable and in easy walking distance of the V&A waterfront. We opted for self-catering so we could sort out our own breakfast, and we had a lovely patio and a lounge for inside or outside eating. It took a little trial and error to work out where the various gates were but reception staff were amazingly helpful. Big shout out to Yandi, who gave us her number for WhatsApp questions. Every question we had, she got back to us straight away. Couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend it.

After a 25 minute or so Uber ride from CPT airport, we arrived late morning - reception staff were so welcoming and friendly, stored our luggage whilst we relaxed at the pool after coming off of a night flight from the UK! Room was ready at 3pm, we were driven to the room and shown around our 2 bed apartment - we absolutely loved it! Apartment was so spacious, gorgeous views and appliances and bathrooms equally as good. The complex is super safe and only a short walk to the waterfront where you'll fine many restaurants and bars! The waterfront village is also minutes walk to the Hotel Silo which was fantastic for an evening meal and drinks, also Hotel One and Only which was worth a visit for a drink. Overall everything was perfect for our stay and I'm so glad we opted to stay in the waterfront village- the location for me was 10 out of 10. Swimming pools were quiet and relaxing! The only slight hiccup was when ordering ubers, some drivers found it difficult to get into the property - as there's various entrances and top notch security- however if your room is located close to reception, order your uber from "Luxhill apartments" and that's usually easier for the drivers to find - you can also stroll across to the V and A waterfront for ubers too. I would definitely visit again!

The check in process was a little too chaotic but got there eventually. Beyond that a great apartment in a fantastic location.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Perfect location for waterfront restaurants, shops and amenities. The quality of the apartment was first class, huge balcony looking over the canal and view from rear bedrooms of Table Mountain.
