Great Breakfast, very comfortable room, close to conference facilities. I arrived there with a big rental double cab, which they parked for me. Had no time to hit the gym, but looked decent from the outside.

2 main benefits: central location in CBD and the breakfast buffet
Upon check in, for 2nd time we were assigned wrong room.
The new room smelled cigarette
The staff also gave different rates for extending 1 night.
Overall it is a good hotel to conduct business but not so much for holidays.
