Rats in the room , bugs or other subjects biting, constant itching, insects crawling on the floor, non operation of motor gates, ignorend staff members ,with exeption of a couple. Agressive replies of managers, no owner in sight to handle complaints, refuse refunds

Definite no no. King size bed was the only good thing about the place. No soap, Towels were 3rd class. Slept on top of the bed with blanket so cant comment on bedding. Had to pay for secure parking. Had to pay for upgrade because the bedroom i rented was right by the walkway, no privacy.

Staying at this accommodation won't disappoint you. 2 minutes from beach 2 minutes from shops. Confirtable. Friendly staff Friendly and professional manager willing to help. Quiet and relaxed environment

This was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed at, it is outdated, dirty and uncomfortable. We were booked for 2 night's but only stayed 1 night. Linen was dirty and had stains on the pillows, the linen was old and towels were worn, the beds are horrible, we could only stay for 5 hours as the place was uncomfortable and dirty. The place is available to rent by the hour and that is just plain disgusting!!! We will not stay there again if it was the last place on earth. Really disappointed and a total waste of money. We did not even get a refund as the first thing you see when you walk into reception it “NO REFUNDS”

The staff is extremely good but the the building is falling apart , beds are old , bedding is old , towels are old and walls are falling apart. Our room also had cockroaches :(

Honestly this review is about my negative experience with being downgraded without apology or billing adjustment! Too many oh and by the way costs leave you feeling frustrated/ irritated especially when you book late at night due to your car having broken down.

Place is terrible. Only slept one night of the 3. I paid for parking for 3 nights and still waiting for refund and receipt. Wind blew in from every where and no blankets or heater. Radio plays all night in reception

They started demanding R80 for parking in a construction site full of gravel.when we get inside the room where totally different from what we saw online bedding was very ditty there was not even an extra blanket to replace the one on the bed.bathroom towels they only had one and not clean no shower shampoo.their bed was very hard it not comfortable at all.

The cupboards are broken. There were fleas all over the curtain. The ceiling is falling apart. The mattress is torn. There was live electrical cabling hanging loose. There was poop against the wall in the toilet. The place is a health and safety hazard and should be reported.
