My only complaint was that I wanted to leave my bags at the front desk in the morning but staff only gets to work at 9am which meant we had to wait until 9am before we could leave for the day. This could be incredibly inconvenient if you have a full day planned in Cape Town.

Прочитав много положительных отзывов (теперь сомневаюсь, что они настоящие)выбрала этот отель на неделю, но уже на 2 день после уборки номера обнаружила, что часть денег пропала из чемодана. В номерах нет сейфа, наличные деньги и украшения спрятаны были во втором дне чемодана. В итоге второй день отпуска и минус 400$ и 2000 zar. Менеджер Denicke отказалась решать вопрос и отказалась возвращать деньги за проживание. Мне пришлось остаться в этом отвратительном месте до конца отпуска,рискую остальными вещами. Полиция объяснила ей, что это начало конца их бизнеса, если она прикрывает воров и что это наталкивает на мысли, что они все в сговоре. Тоже самое мне сказали и в посольстве, обычная схема.
Выбирайте другой отель, если хотите чувствовать себя в безопасности, где ответственный менеджер может не только улыбаться и фен приносить. В этом отеле к вам в номер может зайти любой сотрудник, думая что вас нет, вы в опасности! Denicke позор! На фото полиция и 2 вора

Проживали в отеле в феврале, выбрали из-за локации, но были разочарованы организацией работы отеля. Мимо окон постоянно кто-то ходил, шум из бара непрекращающийся. А кульминацией стала полиция рядом с номером, так как у соседей украли крупную сумму наличных из номера(сейфов в номерах нет). Администрация мило улыбалась, но не помогала в поиске воров. Мы нашли грязную тряпку среди своих вещей на полке. Видимо сотрудники клининга пока лазили по карманам потеряли ее. В общем, не приятное место. Не рекомендуем!
