The house has 7 large Bedrooms The first floor has two queen size bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. This is great for bathing the kids after a long fun day eat the beach. Both bedrooms on the first floor are very spacious and have plenty of room to move around in. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, sitting room and full bath with a shower and a stackable front loading washer/dryer. The 2nd floor also has a small sitting room with a table to play games at and a 9 foot shuffle board table. This room leads out to an open deck. The 2nd floor also has a screened in porch that can be accessed by either the open deck or an attached Queen bedroom. The second bedroom on this floor not only has a queen bed and a twin bed. The 3rd bedroom on this floor has a king size bed. The 3rd floor has a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. The other third floor room has a queen bed. There also is a large bathroom with a 5 foot shower. Other amenities include: Central air conditioning, gas grill, blender, washer/dryer, lobster pot, coffee maker, Keurig, full size fridge, mini bar fridge in the kitchen for extra beverages. This Kitchen has everything one would ever want. We are located across the street from the tennis courts, bike park and track at the high school so there are plenty of activities to enjoy but we are separated by woods so you don't see any of it.
