Another great visit in Cape May at the Carroll Villas. Once you step in the door, you feel welcome. The rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and n8cely appointed. The restaurant on site, The Mad Batter, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus a bar with music and happy hour. The food is great and when you reserve directly from the Carroll Villa, you receive great perks. We can't wait to return in the fall.

The place is nice. Employees are very accommodating. Restaurant is good. Breakfast, they give you a lot for your money. French toast is delicious! Rooms are very clean. Service is excellent! Nice wine list & cocktails.only down side is the parking a few blocks away..

Stayed for 2 nights on a journey south to a wedding, we had a beautiful room, the hotel was so interesting as it is an old building with many original details. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was updated with heated floors!!!! We had breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor, it was delicious - included in room rate. We had drinks in the bar, there was live music, comfortable atmosphere. Just know there is no elevator if that is something you need.

Nice walkable location with a very good restaurant on the premises. Food was very good, the room was comfortable although a little noisy due to the location close to the street. Warning: the city lot that the property uses for its parking (complete with parking pass) is a fairly long walk for those who are older or less fit. Inconvenient especially at check out

It’s our 8th year staying at the Carroll Villa! My husband and I love it here! Perfect location. Great bar. Super breakfast with a $30 voucher everyday. Also free parking provided which is great and only a short walk away. We will be back next year!

This was our first time to Cape May and the hotel location was amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We ate at the Mad Batter, food was great. The charm of the hotel was perfect. They had the softest sheets and everything was clean. We look forward to going back.

Lovely Place. Soooo much food. 35th Wedding Anniversary gift from my kids. They chose well. Definitely well worth it. The bar downstairs offers nightly entertertainment saw plently of locals coming in to enjoy the sounds. The breakfast was delicious coffee was great. Servers werw absolutely wonderful. The woman at the front desk was a wonderful. Room well kept. Thank you.

Excellent location in Cape May. This B and B is comfortable, clean, and located one block from the beach. Restaurant is very good, and breakfast is served all morning. Owners and staff are genuinely welcoming and friendly. Will be returning in May with friends.

People are always pleasant. Rooms are always clean. Food in restaurant is excellent especially scallops! People at bar are always interesting...never a bad conversation...hated to leave for our dinner reservation. We have stayed at several places but always come back here...just wish they had valet parking.
