Unit 7 is a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a Victorian house right in the center of town. First bedroom with Queen size bed, second bedroom with a full size bed. Living room also has full size Sofa bed sleeps 2. Newly renovated and well equipped kitchen with new appliances. A lovely balcony in back porch with view of Victorian rooftop, perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Cable TV, WiFi. One parking spot at the Bank Street lot. Coin operated washer and dryer on premises. Bring your own linens and towels. (You can also rent linens from our cleaning services “bytheshorecleaningservices.com” in advance)
You are responsible for tidying up before you check out. Bookings for summer rental are 7days minimum, Saturday 4pm check in to Saturday 11am check out. Off season bookings are two night minimum. The cleaning fee of $100.
Cape May New Jersey is known for its beautiful beaches and the many grand Victorian Houses. It’s the oldest seaside resort in America. Shops and restaurants lined the Washington Street Mall on 3 pedestrianized blocks. Near by Cape May Point State Park offers great view of the Cape May lighthouse and nature trails, with ranger guided activities.
Cape May, unlike other Jersey Shore town, is a all year round city with many festivals and event throughout the year, such as Cape May Jazz Festival, Cape May Music Festival, Film Festival and Christmas Festival. Wonderful place in top location
Came for MDW and loved every bit of it. The apartment is exactly as described and very cozy and quaint. Very clean!! The location is super good in the heart of everything and one can get to the beach in less than five minutes or to top restaurants in less than five minutes. The neighborhood is awesome - prime location!! Would highly recommend and stay here again if we come back down to Cape May! Check in was super easy and having parking at Bank St which is no more than five minutes walking distance was super good! The hosts are very nice and accommodating! Importantly, the place is super quiet and super safe! Beautiful sunrises and wonderful sunsets!

Oops!
Pulled into parking space across the street. The sign said temporary no parking until 4/15. Also, permit required. No problem since it was the 19th and I had a permit. The policewoman kindly explained it was the wrong permit. Oh well, had a great time never the less. Awesome location, lots of exercise. Thanks Mike and Fen!

Short winter stay
For my husband, our 18 yr-old daughter with special needs, and me, the place was nice; efforts have been made to meet all needs. We could not find any pans for the oven however, and a blanket or two for lounging on the comfy sofas during a winter stay would have been nice.

Great location. Overall condition is old, cluttered and crowded. No closets, second bedroom hardly big enough for mattress and boxspring on the floor, not comfortable. We were two adults and barely had room for our things.Overwhelming potpourri smell made us sneeze and cough. Amount of rent seems high for this but location was great and we weren’t there long and stayed busy.

Wonderful, Laidback Homebase.
This was the perfect stay for the vacation we needed. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every morning we cooked breakfast and drank coffee on the patio. Every evening we enjoyed games and streaming services in the living room. If we return to Cape May, we will check the availability for #7 first.

Great place!!!!
This cozy condo is ideally located in town and a short walk to the beach. It is cozy and quaint and provides anything one may need for a desirable stay. The owners are easily accessible for questions. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy one night, one week or one month!!

Perfect location
We love Jackson Street in Cape May, and this cozy apartment was perfectl for us. We all slept well, and enjoyed coffee and drinks on the back deck. The stairs to the third floor are steep and narrow. The Laundry room was open and we never had a problem finding an available machine. We will be back!
