my house was having electrical issues so i packed up the wife and 6 kids....headed to Auburn place. 1rst, my kids are looking all gloom, wife is clearly out of her comfort zone until...the amenities and the fact that we where close to plenty entertainment and things.... Kids luved the indoor pool, excellent service staff...clean. And dont get me started on the breakfast buffet with something for anyone with tasted buds...awesome!!! will plan another trip soon. Even if its just to get my family out of the house for a Saturday nite or something ya know

Do not let the outside fool you. This place is awesome. It’s affordable and clean with a retro vibe. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Two offered to carry my bags downstairs. There seems to be a family-type relationship among them. They were VERY busy working but also laughing and joking with each other appropriately. It is rare to see a group of employees who seem happy, productive, and helpful. Whatever Auburn is paying them, they need to double it! Seriously.

We were on a long road trip and just needed a place to stay for the night that was clean and fairly inexpensive. This hotel was perfect for that! I have a lot of chemical sensitivities so it's important to me that a hotel smells OK, yet doesn't have too much fragrance. This was perfect. It was clean, the bed was comfy, room had all the necessary amenities. We didn't check out the pool but the breakfast was awesome! Eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles, juice, cereal, muffins, coffee/hot chocolate choices, etc. Very impressed with the food and the room. After discounts we paid less than $100. We would definitely stay here again!

For the price, this is a solid, low-frills hotel. It’s right off the interstate, so easy to get to. The room was small, but fine. The AC was overly effective. It was hard to keep the room at a constant temp, but it was a VERY hot day, so I think when the AC turned on it went full blast and then when it turned off the heat crept back up quickly. Regardless, the bed was comfortable enough and we got a decent night of sleep. The breakfast was good - lots of options and tons of seating. The center area where the food is served is actually quite lovely! All the staff was super helpful and kind.

Worst hotel experience. Our first room, the pull out had clumps of mud/poo inside the mattress and mold all over the shower. They moved us and the second room wasn't any better. Suspicious stains on the pull out mattress, mildew/mold in the shower, no hot water in the morning, had semi warm water in the afternoon. The toilet flapper wouldn't shut so I had to manually fix it after each flush or it would run nonstop. Carpets and lobby are gross and not vacuumed after meals. Our neighbors dog barked all night long. I wouldn't pay $50 bucks a night for this,much less what I did pay, over $100 a night.

The room was great! The price was extremely reasonable and the check in process was amazing! Amaiah went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! I was one of those needy customers who asked for extra shampoo, extra this, extra that and she always greeted me with a smile and a yes!

Moldy ceiling in bathroom. Very outdated rooms, highway noise, breakfast could have been more organized, people who worked there for most part were just ok. Personally I won’t be staying there again. My friend who travels solo there in business and spends no time in the room may stay again because it’s cheap…you get what you pay for or so it seems.

Very disappointed in our stay here. Everything was dirty, floors were sticky, no bathroom fan (or at least it didn’t work), bathroom ceiling moldy, towels not clean, toilet not clean. Will not stay here again.

As usual, everyone we spoke to, and everything we experienced was lovely. The pillows are amazing, the room was clean and quiet. We were directly adjacent to the breakfast area, and couldn’t hear - or smell - anything breakfast related in the morning. The breakfast has anything you could want, and it was clean, well stocked, and everything that was supposed to be hot, WAS hot. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
