Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Molly was great at the front desk and the breakfast was wonderful. The pool was great for my kids we enjoyed ourselves.

We passed by on a self-driving trip and only stayed one night. The hotel's facilities, hygiene and environment are all good, as long as the front desk is not satisfied. We arrived late, around 8pm. We booked two rooms with two names. The gentleman at the front desk said the order was for one room. Go over there and contact your agent. Talk to him in a polite tone. Very uncomfortable. Although the problem was later solved and it was a misunderstanding, we were still not happy. During this trip, we booked more than a dozen hotels in the same way, and only this one had this problem.

Room was perfect other than if you’re on the side facing the street (which I was) it can be loud with the traffic. Staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant. Hotel property was clean and safe.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! However, *******, who made the reservation, messed it up completely!! It took the staff an hour to get the reservation correct so we could check in. ******* had put in another persons information like address, phone number etc instead of mine. At the time i made the reservation through Travelocity i gave my information but it was not used to make the res.erv

Grest Christmas decorations. Only complaint is that our shower curtain was broke and had one rubber stopper on one week's and a wash cloth against wall on other. Kept falling down. Reported to front office who was very nice. When we came back it was nailed, but they left our door open. They made the beds but threw the clothes on ground that were on bed.

The check in was fine. The floor of our room was wet by the air conditioner and sliding glass door. We put a towel over it as it was so wet our socks would be drenched. The cleaning staff took up the towel and didn't replace it. We had to ask to have our bed made and for towels. We arranged for a late checkout but the gentleman never put it in the system so we were called the morning of departure to say we were late leaving the room. The breakfast was fine. The area to eat breakfast was very nice. Location was good. Some very fun bars and restaurants nearby. We felt safe.
