We loved our stay!!! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good!! Beds and pillows comfy. Our only issue is NO housekeeping service some days. As in, trash not removed,no clean towels. We asked at front desk and were told they only do this every other day. Guests need to be warned of this at check-in. We would still stay again if our travels bring us back to Cape Coral!!!

We specifically chose this facility for being pet friendly and within our budget. There was no indication of an additional pet fee on their website. We were charged an additional $75. The amount we paid, room and fee were not worth it. Had we known we definitely would have made a different choice.

Overall great value for price. Staff were absolutely awesome! Hotel was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with our room at checking and they quickly reassigned us to a different room. The breakfast was excellent featuring eggs, potatoes, bacon, oa**eal, yogurt, cereals, waffles, juices and coffee. (Options vary daily) we were pleased.

For the price of the hotel, one would expect luxury. Bed was hard as a rock. Hotel was old looking and not well care for. Very disappointing.

The staff was fabulous! So sweet and kind (particularly the woman who made the breakfast each morning - what a sweetheart!). The only issue we had was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not operating.
