Visited cocoa beach for the first time, it was the best location for a cruise.
The staff was so friendly and it was the best hotel ever.
The Pool was not what I expected, but the location and everything else was a perfect hotel.

The hotel is one block from Cocoa Beach, and it is very convenient to walk there. Next to it is a surf equipment shop. Opposite the hotel is a small square with McDonald's and other small restaurants. The facilities and services of the hotel itself are okay, but there is a gap between the level and expectations of the Sheraton Hotel.

Rooms are fine but bathrooms are dated. The pool area is tiny and claustrophobic. Definitely not worth the money spent!

I liked everything especially the hospitality everyone here was very nice every were I went the food was excellent! Stay at this hotel staff is awesome!!!!!

Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
The restaurant adjacent to the lobby was convenient and had excellent food.
The surf shop surprised me by having high quality merchandise at reasonable prices.

No hot water for 4 days due to “technical problem” really took the edge off this trip.
We stayed here last year and gave it a glowing review but not this time.
