We stayed for a week and had a very nice time. Hosts (Ophelie and Grégoire) were always available and happy to help. Place is tidy. Located within 100 yards to the beach. Small outdoor swimming pool was perfect for the kids. Would definitely consider coming back

We've stayed here on many occasions, it's 200m from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the town, you are in the best location, book a room on the canal or overlooking the beach and enjoy the sunsets. The rooms overlooking the pool are too quiet and don't have a view. The staff are good , happy to help even if you don't speak French. A nice place to stay although they do allow dogs, you don't hear them but ... The rooms are clean and reasonably equipped, if a bit old fashioned, in need of a refresh ,will stay here again. But it's not as cheap as it used to be, but your on the front and they will throw in the dolphins for free!

Déception totale, nous partons depuis 9 ans avec Néméa sur la résidence de l'Estacade à Capbreton. En 9 ans rien à changé, aucun investissement fait par Néméa, literie déplorable, meubles décrépits, vaisselle cassée, électro-ménager non entretenu ne faisant plus le job (lave-vaisselle). Il ne suffit pas d'encaisser l'argent des réservations il faut investir cela devient urgent !!!! Plus de parking souterrain, un enfer pour se garer. Les 4 étoiles ne son plus justifié à mon sens.

Trés decus de la prestation (appartement sale, pas de clim alors que nous avons payer un appartement avec clim, le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas) La seul point positif du séjour c'est leur personnel qui est gentil et à l'écoute et une responsable qui essaye de faire de ton séjour , un séjour agréable.

Quelle surprise en arrivant à la résidence Nemea Capbreton 😡, aucun parking sur la résidence et surtout, aucune information sur le site Nemea lors de la réservation . Les seuls parkings à proximité sont ceux de la mairie à 25€ par jour. Au prix de la semaine de location, ce n'est pas professionnel !!

Logement très bien situé mais très vieillissant: radiateur avec de la rouille, porte de frigo cassée, canapé convertible cassé et inutilisable, vaisselle incomplète, baie vitrée cassée qui ne peut se verrouiller... Cependant, très bon accueil agréable, souriant et disponible.

Très décevant et aucun retour suite à notre mécontentement les photos parlent d elles meme état de l hotel sale matelas et oreillers lamentable je déconseille fortement surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles aucun respect pour la clientèle quel dommage
