We've stayed here on many occasions, it's 200m from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the town, you are in the best location, book a room on the canal or overlooking the beach and enjoy the sunsets. The rooms overlooking the pool are too quiet and don't have a view. The staff are good , happy to help even if you don't speak French. A nice place to stay although they do allow dogs, you don't hear them but ... The rooms are clean and reasonably equipped, if a bit old fashioned, in need of a refresh ,will stay here again. But it's not as cheap as it used to be, but your on the front and they will throw in the dolphins for free!

Appart 406 l’Estacade. Vue magnifique de la terrasse mais a part cela, mur extérieur de la chambre parentale avec d’énormes fissures et des trous inquiétants. De ce fait mur intérieur largement fissurés avec une odeur de moisi et un radiateur dégoutant inutilisable (risque de feu)!!! Pour un 4* , on récupère ses draps et son linge de toilettes a l(accueil on de fait le lit avec des couvertures tachées . Si on a besoin d’un rouleau de papier toilettes car celui de la chambre est largement entamé « normalement on ne le fournit pas « On arrive a midi on nous dit que l’arrivée c’est 17H on attend dans la voiture sous une pluie battante et on daigne nous accepte a 16H; BREF une résidence a fuir !!!!!!

Logement vétuste, taxe de séjour élevée, classement 4 étoiles non justifié. Parking de la résidence non accessible, heureusement les parkings alentours sont gratuits (à cette saison). Dommage, la région est agréable.

Il faut séparer les services du logement. Accueil sympa , réactif et résidence propre. Le logement pour 8 personnes est grand, super bien situé mais vétuste. Aucune rénovation en 8 ans.Le canapé est défoncé, L équipement en vaisselle est léger.Pas de fouet pour faire la mayonnaise, pas de mini-four, pas de tasse à café, pas de machine à café, les peintures sont tâches. Une rénovation s' impose!
