Excellent place and excellent customer centric staff! Still amazed by the level of service and all the infrastructure they have. Food is also outstanding. Horse back riding, heated pool, fireplaces everywhere, nice bar like room, big lake, sunset views.

Uma experiência maravilhosa!!! O lugar é lindo!!! Hotel novo, super limpo e cheiroso! Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.....A Vanessa que nos atendeu qdo chegamos muito querida. O pessoal da recreação são muito animados,principalmente o tio Zeck. Eles produzem bons vinhos, comida boa(pensão completa)...... tem uma estrutura ótima, vale muito a pena conhecer !!!!

Passei o Dia das Mães no Hotel Fazenda Cerro Azul e foi simplesmente maravilhoso! O lugar é encantador, super bem cuidado, cheio de natureza e com uma energia muito acolhedora. As comidas estavam divinas, tudo preparado com muito capricho e sabor de casa de vó. Um verdadeiro banquete! Os recreadores foram incríveis e tornaram nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Quero deixar um agradecimento especial ao Zequi e à Gabi, que foram extremamente atenciosos, divertidos e carismáticos – fizeram toda a diferença no nosso dia. Foi um fim de semana perfeito, com descanso, alegria e ótimas memórias. Já quero voltar e recomendo de olhos fechados!

Expectativas superadas com sucesso! O quarto é extremamente confortável, muito limpo, assim como o banheiro… toalhas e lençóis branquinhos e cheirosos. Amenities de ótima qualidade também (usei o condicionar e meu cabelo ficou hidratado, inclusive). A vista da varanda do quarto era incrível, com barulhinhos da natureza e vista para o pôr-do-sol. O passeio a cavalo e a visita à fazendinha foram muito especiais, amei! A alimentação foi uma verdadeira experiência gastronômica: tivemos buffet (churrasco, feijoada), comida a la carte (risotos, massas e pizzas), mas o ponto alto, para mim, foram os lanches da tarde: palha italiana de maracujá, pé-de-moleque de cacau… tudo muito saboroso! Algumas observações importantes: a) a bebida do almoço e janta não está inclusa, por ser pensão completa; b) talvez porque o hotel estava quase lotado, percebi que faltaram (ou eram lentas) as reposições durante as refeições, seja de copos, talheres, frutas; c) a recepção não nos passou muitas informações sobre as atividades, precisam ser mais detalhistas com isso… Enfim, são pequenos ajustes, voltaria e recomendo, com certeza!

Até História do Brasil, tem no Hotel Fazenda Cerro Azul, quando seguimos a cavalgada pelo histórico Caminho dos Tropeiros, ilustrado com a lenda da Pedra da Noiva.
