Got fined 100 euros by this apartment! Just because I delayed handing over the keys and checking out by three hours, the room only had a very small and rough tag that said check-out at 10:30 in the morning. It didn't say how many euros would be fined for each hour of late check-out. The apartment staff didn't mention this at all from beginning to end. They demanded a fine in cash right away and didn't even issue an invoice!
It was the off-season, not a holiday, and there were very few people staying in the apartment. It didn't affect her business at all. It felt like she was bullying foreigners!
The room was OK, with everything you need, but it was a bit confusing to turn on the induction cooker. I couldn't find any staff to help me, and there was no service at all.
