Unico Hotel Caorle

Renovation of 3-star hotel: it has several flaws for being a 5-star. On the day of our arrival, since the room was not ready, we left our bags at the reception and went to the beach. In the evening, when we returned from the beach, our luggage was still at the reception and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get it back to our room. Restaurant without toilet: you have to go to the one at reception. Spacious, modern but noisy room: at night you can hear all the voices of passers-by and the noises from the corridor (including a dog barking from a nearby room) and from the upper floor. Although the hotel reserves two sunbeds and an umbrella per room, the The beach is promiscuous (perhaps public) with noisy people and not at all relaxing: children everywhere 😩 The private Jacuzzi is stuck on the balcony, exposed to the nearby condominiums and also dangerous at the parapet. The hotel car park is not in the building but they take the car to an unspecified car park nearby. Check out time is 10am….. and we are in a 5 star hotel!!!!! Poor quality breakfast, very long waits, unequipped buffet. And finally: if you want to stay on the beach on the day of check-out you have to pay extra😩 Never again!

der Service ist unfreundlich, man muß seine Koffer selbst schleppen der eine Aufzug hält nur auf den Zwischenetagen, der zweite riecht muffig und ist ständig belegt/defekt Zimmer mit mächtiger Säule mitten im Raum, stattdessen fehlt ein abgetrenntes WC, ein Bidet sowieso Rückenschmerzen durch harte, unbequeme Matratzen (trotz extra Topper) zusätzlich die Klimaanlage auch auf Minimum noch sehr laut u. direkt auf das Bett gerichtet, wirklich kein Schlafvergnügen! Der 2-Personen-Whirlpool sehr schmal + kurz, kein Tritt um gefahrlos ein/aussteigen zu können, als Rest bleibt nur ein Mini-Balkon mit Platz für nur 1 Stuhl und das bei einem DZ, durchsichtige Balkonabtrennung vom Nachbar-Balkon. Gourmet-Restaurant mit Pad-Nespresso zum Frühstück, keine Sunbeds u. Getränkeservice am Strand, am Rooftoppool gar keine Liegemöglichkeiten und zum Abstellen der Mängel hieß es dann immer „domani/morgen“. Fazit: wir kennen Unico-Hotels z.B. aus Barcelona als exzellentes Hotel, dieses in Caorle ist jedoch das totale Gegenteil - sehr schade. Für die Leistung absolut überteuert!

Wir sind mit der Familie angereist und waren in drei Zimmern aufgeteilt. Unsere Zimmer wurden diese drei Tage nicht zwischen gereinigt sondern nur die Betten überzogen. Hatte ich noch in keinem Hotel. Beim Frühstück gab es abgelaufene Magerine was man sich bei einem fünf Sterne Haus nicht erwartet. Rezeptionistin war nicht kompromissbereit, da sie meinte wir sind die ersten Gäste die sich aufregen. Für den Preis absolut nicht wert.

Molto bella , panoramica la piscina sul rooftop C’era una bravissima Dj e dei baristi che ci hanno deliziato con favolosi cocktails. Bello anche il ristorante al primo piano dove abbiamo gustato un’ottima e varia colazione, deliziati da un bel panorama. Stanze ampie , arredare in bianco , molto moderne. C’è la nespresso Non abbiamo avuto tempo per andare in Spa , ma torneremo sicuramente.

De goede beoordelingen hier betreffen veelal de rooftopbar, die is ook mooi met vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel echter, is nieuw dus ik snap met aanloopproblemen als de terecht woedende buurman bij aankomst omdat je nergens je auto kunt parkeren om je koffers uit te laden. Water dat over balkonrand gutst als water en gewicht van jacuzzi-gebruiker niet op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Rommelige entree door fietsen. Maar er gaan ook echt dingen fout, de airconditioning van onze kamer maakte extreem veel lawaai en koelde niet, pas op de derde dag van onze klacht werd er iets aan de instelling gedaan. Minder lawaai en 24 graden. Kortom 4 nachten niet goed geslapen, jammer! Weinig privacy op balkon. Entree van de lift die vanaf strand naar kamers gaat, stinkt naar urine als in uitgaansgebied. Onbijtzaal prachtige locatie, goede selectie gerechten, maar een van de obers is zo zuur, humeurig en weinig servicegericht dat je de lust tot ontbijten vergaat. Jammer! Lees dat iemand strandservice niet goed vindt, die vonden wij prima! Lekkere handdoek en parasol met bedje. Ook personeel receptie is vriendelijk. Parkeerservice vinden wij prima, jammer dat sommige gasten het systeem niet begrijpen, de meneer (conciërge) die ons hielp echt super vriendelijk.

Abbiamo fatto un aperitivo in famiglia, vista splendida, roof top bellissimo con piscina, cocktail favolosi, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ci torneremo Dimenticavo, personale veramente molto bravo e attento al cliente. Ci torneremo volentieri
