Petit Hotel

👍 The staff is kind and helpful, the structure has enough parking to accommodate several cars and in a few minutes you can reach the beach while the center of Caorle can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Quite comfortable bed and working wifi. Room equipped with a modern safe. Quite varied breakfast with both sweet and savory options. 👎 The room does not have a fridge and being a seaside location I think it is very useful for keeping your drinks cool. If I have to choose between a safe and a fridge I prefer to have a fridge. The hairdryer in the bathroom is the one with the tube but its opening is so small that it is really difficult to dry the hair, among other things, prolonged use overheats the tube making it difficult to handle. In its place I would have preferred to find a small hairdryer, even a travel one, which would certainly have been more useful. The bathroom was small so it wasn't possible to fit a bidet in it. While I appreciated the imagination of the solution with a toilet with a built-in bidet, it was still uncomfortable and impractical. In this case I would have preferred a classic toilet without that spout which was annoying if you sat too far back. Finally, I would like to point out that on the first day (Saturday) there were some problems with the assignment of the umbrella. In this case I don't think it's the hotel's fault but rather the bathing establishment which doesn't coordinate with the hotel in the transfer of seats and is too "hasty" in the sale and eager to "raise cash". At 9:30 in the morning they had already sold the beach spot that the hotel had assigned to me no more than 15 minutes before. The same problem happened to another family this afternoon. Maybe they should assign permanent places to the hotel and not sell them just because they are still free (guests could also arrive during the day).

Hotel in a truly excellent location, very close to the beach, various services in the surrounding area (market, focacceria, pizzerias, American-style sandwich shop) and a short walk from the centre. Place on the beach included and parking space for a small fee. The breakfast was much appreciated, both sweet and savory, excellent homemade desserts and excellent cappuccino with real milk and not powdered milk. The bicycle service is also excellent, with which you can travel comfortably and explore the splendid Caorle. Too bad there is no small fridge in the room. Soundproofing needs to be improved as you can hear a lot of noise both internally (lots of disrespectful people) and externally due to the very dated fixtures and without double glazing. Overall, however, to be recommended

I enjoyed my stay, good hotel and good location. Nothing can be said. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had never been to the area but I will definitely return because it is a good compromise for the family.

I spent a weekend and found this hotel very pleasant. I thought it was far from the center but instead it is 20 minutes away. on foot along a street full of beautiful shops, bazaars, ice cream parlors and restaurants. The beach is very close and the receptionist Sara, very nice, even allowed me to use the beach service for the whole check-out day at a cost of 0. The breakfast is super. From sweet to savory you can find everything. There is a large choice of juices to drink (even apple juice and water with lemon). The room was very minimal but had everything (air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, terrace. The cleanliness is truly remarkable, the only flaw is that I would add a few more bathroom products (a shampoo and shower gel).

Sono tornata in settembre con un’amica dopo la bella esperienza a fine maggio e non posso che confermare di essermi trovata molto bene !!!Anche questa volta la camera era accogliente e funzionale, provvista di televisione e frigo e con un simpatico terrazzino. La colazione sempre molto ricca e varia con frutta e verdure fresche , bevande , cibi salati e anche grazie alle spettacolari creazioni del pasticcere siciliano Carmelo che ogni giorno ci ha deliziato con paste, croissant con ripieni diversificati e dolci irresistibili!! La spiaggia è raggiungibile in pochi minuti con un percorso sempre molto ben curato e anche questa volta ho sfruttato il solarium al quinto piano con possibilità di prendere il sole o rilassarsi con una splendida vista a 360 gradi. Anche questa volta ho sfruttato il servizio di biciclette con cui ho raggiunto luoghi interessanti alla foce del Livenza. Il personale tutto è di una cordialità squisita e molto attento ad ogni richiesta. Ringrazio di cuore per l’accoglienza e… penso proprio che tornerò la prossima estate perché amo tornare dove sono stata bene!!!

Personale gentile e disponibile,colazione al top salato e dolce,camere confortevoli e soprattutto molto pulite! Posizione tranquilla,spiaggia molto vicina e tutto incluso. Per mangiare si appoggiano al Ristorante Malaga che se posso dire si mangia benissimo al prezzo convenzionale del hotel! Consigliato ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
