Wonderful family vacation
Property is beautiful and clean. Perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of wildlife, the deer will even eat out of your hand! My only complaints are the walls are thin. The room you would have young children stay shares a wall with the master bedroom bathroom and is very thin; this caused some issues at bedtime. If the beds were swapped where the full/queen is currently, it would work much better for small children. Other than that, we loved the house. Its beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house
A great place for a family visit - an open floor plan with space for all of us to be together. A well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds made it a nice stay for us.
Seating in the front and back yards was also a plus.
The boat launch is a little bit of a walk away and was closed, but Comal Park a short drive away was fun to float in.
