1st off, the motel WASNT the problem. It was f***ing Trip.com. When I originally booked this it did NOT ask what date I wanted, just asked what type of room (it was a link from another site or search engine). THEN, after entering in my CC#, not only was it a month or so AFTER I’d wanted to get the room, but also there was NO LINK TO CANCEL THE BOOKING! The motel was clean, but once the lights went out, a roach came out. Didn’t see any bed bugs (others review) - bc I made sure to LOOK.
Trip.com, I thank you; for making it now ETCHED IN STONE (in MY mind) : NEVER BOOK ANYTHING ONLINE!

Motel = 2.5 stars. Trip.com, they don’t HAVE a rating low enough to tell others how I disliked your business practices. Even if they WERE just online.. Yelp.com here I come
