Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Canyon

Excellent property. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Staff was friendly and customer service oriented. Only about 30 minutes to Palo Duro Canyon and 5 or 10 minutes into Canyon's downtown with lots of good food choices.

The guest above our room was incredibly loud, even with our sound machines on. We complained multiple times. The staff at night were very kind and highly responsive, expressing we would likely get a refund or something. The next morning, the female staff was not empathetic, and was very matter of fact stating there was nothing she could do. Mind you, we came with 3 kids, and we were not the loud ones. I hope this puts it in perspective. We were offered snacks, and the managers card to contact about the situation. She tried to chalk it up to an a/c issue- which if your client has an a/c issue- why would they remain the same room?! The statement made to us was “I don’t have the authority to do anything and the manager isn’t here.” She needs some serious customer service training. My 10/10 star rating went down to 2/10 due to the poor communication and resolution. We slept terrible!! The people also woke us early too. Very disappointed.

All of the employees were friendly, personable, knowledgeable and had smiles on their faces! Rooms were the cleanest that I’ve seen in a while.

Great property .Parking lot has bright lights. Good breakfast in a nice large dining space. Room is large with a comfy bed. Walk in shower in spacious batroom. Mini Fridge and microwave ate very handy. Fridge did not hum as so many do. Good heat and AC controls. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

New hotel, very clean, friendly staff and they do have breakfast. If I would be in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Property eas in excellent condition and very quiet. Check in was great with very nice associate at the front desk.

We thought the facilities was very nice, well kept , clean staff was very nice and helpful. the only problem was no TV due to bad weather. Look forward to staying there again.

Check in was slow. I believe training a new employee was going on. Our room was clean and comfortable. The issue was the sliding door that covered the closet, and was a door to the bathroom would not close all the way. Error in installation we think.

The bathroom corners and toilet base had hair in/on them. Otherwise it was a real nice updated property and we had a pleasant stay.
