The apartment was great, perfect for our needs. Great value for money. Very clean, quiet and had all necessary things to cook basic meals and prepare good breakfast. Great was to have normal, big fridge and espresso coffee machine :-) It is about 100 m to the beach which was perfect. Beach very nice and clean and also nice restaurants and some shops around. Owners were friendly and communication without any problem. Self check in went smoothly, all necessary info were sent before arrival. We also appreciate that Canyamel is quiet, surrounded by nature and 3 min by car it's beautiful golf course! At the end we made the reservation directly with the owners and all worked perfect, so we recommend it!

We had a lovely 2 weeks holiday here. On first arriving we thought the apartment was very small compared to other places we’ve stayed however it had everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff are always cleaning. Staff were very helpful. The pool area was fantastic, again very clean. Always plenty sun loungers, everyone was so friendly also. It’s also very fun with a large selection of pool toys and inflatables! Very kid friendly. 2 min walk to the beach was perfect! The beach was gorgeous, so clean and the water crystal clear. We only ate out a handful of times as not so easy with small children, every restaurant we tried was good in particular la cabana where we got an amazing paella. Canyamel is a tiny town, we’d recommend renting a car to see other parts of Majorca. Only thing I’d request is a full length mirror in the room - from a women’s perspective the bathroom mirror wasn’t enough 😆

Excellent location; 2 minutes to the beach; and 2-3 minutes from several excellent restaurants. The apartments are spacious; consist of lounge with 2 seater, TV with loads of channels, dining table and chairs; large balcony; excellent bathroom with shower; x1 large double bedroom and separate twin room. The rooms in the main block get the sun all day until 6-7pm. Our host was very helpful; gave lots of advice to the area/restaurants etc. Offered free beach brolly, bags; hires paddle boards/kayaks. The pool area was quiet; approx 15m pool with in pool sun beds; jacuzzi area. We never struggled for sunbeds and it felt like a private pool for most of the holiday. Lovely sheltered seating area with sofa outside. The only reason we didn’t score a 5 was the lack of bar/coffee shop. There was a lovely bar area/coffee shop but it was obviously decided not to have this running this year. The rooms did have nespresso machines with 3 free coffee pods; after this it was to the supermarket (only 5 min walk). It would have been good if the apartments could have offered refills either as a courtesy or for sale when the facilities were not functioning. However, lovely apartments. Great holiday was had.

Quiet, close to the beach, easy to park... something to keep in mind. Clean rooms with everything you need, well-kept facilities, very nice pool, possibility of having a barbecue, renting paddle surf boards... Very good attention from the workers, concerned that you enjoy yourself. The only thing but the mosquitoes, I recommend a bracelet, anti-mosquito plug...

A great option for a family holiday in Mallorca. The apartment is very well equipped and clean and the facilities are very well maintained with a great pool. Excellent staff, who help you and make everything possible for you. Recommended without a doubt.

Apartment corresponding to the photos. Very clean. I asked for a second bed because the sofa was not convertible, one was brought to me straight away. Very responsive welcome and arrival outside opening with very clear instructions but not translated into French. Positives: 150 m from the beach, cleanliness of the apartment, air conditioning, really nice swimming pool, great welcome. Negatives: not insulated, very noisy, missing some kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, scissors, vegetable peeler), bedding not very comfortable.

It has been a week of 10. In the first place, we booked directly with the apartments, Joan provides you with all kinds of facilities and, on top of that, it was cheaper for us. The apartments are very well equipped and clean. Joan gives you all kinds of information about what to see, where to eat...etc. They have free umbrellas, refrigerator ... etc. In short, we have loved the place, the staff and the apartments. Estuvimos en apartamentos Sureda ya segunda vez y repetiremos siempre que vallamos a Mallorca. Nos encanta el lugar, Canyamel es una zona muy tranquila con muy bonita playa. Los apartamentos están limpios y acogedores. El apartamento esta bien equipado para la estancia de varios días, para cocinar, también hay lavadora (que no necesitamos) lava vajilla y la nevera grande que es super. La cama es cómoda y también es possible cambiar toallas si necesitas (que también es super). Los duenos son muy amables y siempre atentos a lo que puedas necesitar! Nosotros siempre reservamos directamente con ellos y la comunicación es rápida y fluida. Si buscan alojamiento en Mallorca, que sea bonito, limpio, tranquilo, seguro y cerquita a la playa (1 min andando) este es el sitio donde reservar! Ya no vemos la hora de volver!! Romana y Tomas
