Not our first time here and won't be our last! Same as ever, receptionists were all so great and helpful! Thanks to Jemma, she gave us great directions and made sure the kids were well entertained for the weekend.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Lincoln so was fairly quiet. An easy 40 minute walk into Lincoln, so no need to worry about parking. International Bomber Command is literally across the road from it.

Fairly good Premier Inn. Room acceptable and mainly clean (we did report the area between the secondary double glazing which was dirty with dead flies etc) Bed comfy and pillows good. Aircon that worked too. Staff friendly. Handy for people who enjoy walking a fair amount using the local footpaths. We walked into Lincoln from this Premier Inn. Shame the 1st impression is of the skip in the car park though as you drive in.

Old and shabby outside. Rooms as you expect in premier but not been updated, like others I've been in. Very clean and fine for what we needed. £2.70 for a small bottle of water from the machine in the foyer 🤬 Beefeater next door where you go for food is another matter completely. Breakfast was fine but got cold quick as plates cold. Vacuuming at 07.00 as we came in. Have to book for evening meal. So had to sit in bar. No draft beer. Can't get meal deal as takes 24/48 hrs to register. Urgently needs updating with the premier. Outside grotty. Won't be going to beefeater for dinner tonight as food was rubbish.

Great location out of the centre of Lincoln, but not too far. We spent two night here visiting friends and found it comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Considering we were there when the UK temperatures were higher than usual, we managed to keep the room cool overnight and had two good nights sleep. It's also perfect to visit the Bomber Command Memorial, across the road.

Just to thank jemma on reception for being so great and helpful! we had a spill in our room and she was so lovely and came down straight away to help us clean everything up and got us new sheets. Always happy to stay here, rooms always clean and all the receptionists even new faces are all so nice.

Finally managed to plan my dream trip to lincoln and it happenned for me to stay at another Prem inn again as you cant fault them. I enjoyed Lincoln and the cathedral a lot. Do not walk uphill it is exhausting!!! also I forgot my after shave in the hotel. the male receptionist offered to post it at his own expense which is not something you expect... which receptionist would go to the post office for you in this day and age. wow

Hotel was close to Lincoln with good parking and very friendly receptionist who was very helpful .Room was clean and a little tired and struggled to get hot water. Beefeater on site looked closed and was not much better indoors. Breakfast was a disaster with broken Coffee machine, little or no pastries, half empty warm buffet and tables not being cleared of dirty plates. If you stay here then dine elsewhere.

Comfy room friendly staff Stayed here for a wedding The restaurant Beefeater staff were nice but they had a wake on for 140 people on the Friday eve so we could not eat and there is nothing else in walking distance so you have to get a cab or eat crisps for tea ! They had a cellar fault as all so ran out of beer Breakfast was ok coffee but luke warm but good cooked food
