I’ve stayed in six senses in Switzerland, Italy and Japan. And this is the best one among all. Also the best hotel that I stayed in Europe. Highly recommended.

The hotel is great, clean, the pool water should be warmer, we could not use the outside pool, the hotel is quiet during the week but there may be activities, I did not see an active fireplace outside or inside, the staff is good but there is a little deficiency, young people are normal, I made 2 reservations for the same room, the room was changed the next day, this should have been notified to me in advance and I could have stayed for another 3/4 days but this lack of communication made it negative.

The hotel is not average, the hygiene, environment, facilities and services are all good. The hotel is located on a mountain and has a good view of the air. The service was impeccable. We drove there by ourselves and gave the car keys to the waiter. Our luggage was delivered directly to the room. The car was parked for us and the hotel kept the keys for us. The front desk of the hotel helped upgrade the room, and the bathroom in the room has a steam room. The breakfast in the hotel is also quite good. I’ll come back next time if I have the chance.

Hotel is dark, no light, food in both restaurant is average with out any personality's.....service wise better pass away, the waiter are completely lost and managers do nothing in front of the kitchen, all the service at the telephone, something unbelievable......................

Rooms are great. Layout is, as noted in other reviews, brutal. Service is even worse. They were apparently at reduced staff (we had been told they cut staff given it was low season). I hope for the sake of ppl staying in “high season” that the staff who remained was the B team. The hotel experience was ill conceived and horribly executed at nearly every turn. We were left waiting after an early arrival for one of our adjoining rooms and repeatedly told that we needed to wait until check in time at 3 when the room would be available. Fast forward to 345 pm and we were told that the room was broken and wouldn’t be available for two days. Things come up but this was dealt with poorly. A perfect metaphor for the ineptitude is the water bottles. Half way into our stay they replaced the twist-off bottled water in our two adjoining rooms with ones that required a bottle opener to open. There was no bottle opener in either room and it took 3 calls and nearly 24 to have one brought to the room.
