I booked three rooms during the ski season in Switzerland, and invited my mother-in-law, two sisters-in-law and our family of three to go to Leukerbad to soak in the hot springs and ski! But the service of this hotel is so terrible that I have never encountered such terrible service so far! First of all, the front desk arranged all three rooms incorrectly. The most terrible thing is that there is a pair of worn men's socks hanging on the baby's crib! It's so disgusting! Then I asked in a nice voice if your manager is here! The answer from the front desk is that you want to complain! Go ahead and complain! I'm not afraid of anyone! This kind of words is simply unforgivable! This hotel is really not suitable for Chinese compatriots! I think you will not be satisfied and will be angry! This hotel was originally rated four stars, but one star was cancelled! Their service has proved that it is correct and wise to cancel one star! If you don't believe it, you can go and stay there! Wish you good luck!

It's pretty good. I recommend staying here. The price/performance ratio is good. The rooms usually have balconies. If you stay for two nights, you can also use the sauna. It costs 89 Swiss francs per person. There is also a hot spring in the center of the town.

The hotel is fine. Warm and big. The hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna. Very delicious lunch at the restaurant. The staff is very polite. I would like to thank Élise, Elena and Or, the reception girls. Are mega-nice. They helped me solve all the problems. We had a very large room with a wonderful view and a large terrace. The room has a kettle, tea and coffee. Bathrobes and slippers. I am very satisfied with my vacation. I hope to return to this hotel soon. Thanks to all the staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights.
The staff was very friendly, especially the waiter and the receptionist, a big thank you to both of them.
It seemed to us that the staff would work 14 hours since we always saw the same faces.
We can highly recommend the restaurant, the price/performance ratio was very good.
The rooms didn't look like the pictures. Some things didn't work, such as the toilet fan or the missing lamp.
The wellness area has a small sauna, the Roman bath looked like a construction site and the brine bath wasn't heated enough for me. In addition, there was only a massage table in the relaxation room, which was controlled by a robot/AI. If you like machines more than people...
Breakfast was a little disappointing, fruit wasn't cut, no veggies, pancakes were just left out until cold. Anyone who values a delicious breakfast will not be happy there.

The hotel is well located. It includes a sauna and an internal pool. The pool’s water should be warmer.
Temperature of hot water at shower is not working stable .
Th sheeting is general for the building and cannot be regulated at the room.
With these improvements can be afear place .

This hotel was a great value for the money (at least in terms of Swiss prices :). The staff spoke enough English and allowed us to store our bags there till checkin. All the facilities were clean and the room was quite modern. They also have a free sauna and pool which were very relaxing. The Leukerbad bus drops you off just a 5min walk from the hotel. Because of the walkability of the town, everything is nearby. The room didn't have an iron, fridge, fan/A/C, or microwave - all of which would have been nice. I also never found out where the laundry room was. Besides that it was great - would recommend.

The personnel was friendly and flexible with having an oversize dog against their rules (checked in advance if possible). The room was clean and silent, and the breakfast was good. The bed was too small for two friends (for couples it could be kind of ok).
There is no parking place by the hotel, we had to park at a local parkhouse for daily fees cca. 5 minutes away from the hotel.
