超預期的好！無敵推薦來格林德瓦的人都住這一家！
1. 位置，在first山纜車對面，從走出酒店，到對面，衹需要1分鐘，適合一早直接去沖卡丁車和滑板車（需要攻略可以看小紅書*********）。而且早上體驗卡丁車和滑板車之後，回回到纜車站，都可以再回酒店吃個午飯
2. 服務，非常nice，前台辦理入住的小哥幫我停車（有兩個停車場，確定好哪個樓再停）
3. 風景，側面直接能看到夢幻山坡，直麪雪山，日照金山輕輕鬆鬆get
4. 早餐，比較豐富，避開早上7-8點，有旅行團趕時間的人
5. 泳池，30°水温，直面對面的山景。沒有温泉，但有個小桑拿哦！
最後，mini bar是免費的，可以直接幹～

酒店位置非常好，周圍餐廳、購物非常方便👍從房間陽台看出去就像在美麗的風景畫中，對面就是雄偉的艾格峯，酒店大門正對面百米就是First 山纜車站。酒店早餐種類豐富，中國胃也完全能吃好吃飽。酒店各個崗位的工作人員服務基本都挺好，每天客房服務打掃衞生也很乾凈，自助餐廳裏幾位年輕帥氣的小夥子們服務熱情主動，讓人用餐的時候感覺很舒服。唯一敗筆的就是酒店一樓奶酪火鍋店的一位女服務員，沒帶名牌，個子不高，扎個馬尾，中等身材，大約四十歲左右，態度極差，極其沒有素質！剛晚上六點，餐廳裏明明還空着一大半的座位，我衹客氣地用英文問了她半句話“我們仨個人..”不等我説完整句話，她馬上沖我翻着白眼揮着手，用不流利的英文不耐煩地大聲説“滿了滿了！已經全滿了！你沒看到嗎全都沒位子了！”簡直太氣人了，去過國內外很多國家，頭一次遇到態度這麼惡劣的酒店服務人員！而且非常明顯地帶有歧視性！本來這火鍋店的味道就很臭，又碰上這麼個差勁的服務員，美麗的景色和美好的心情瞬間大打折扣！酒店推薦入住，但這一樓的臭火鍋店因為這個女服務員建議慎入！

房間在五樓正對着少女峯，景色很美。一樓大堂户外景色心曠神怡。自助早餐品種多，選擇餘地大。住宿中遇到小插曲，第一天晚上房間熱水壞了，沒法洗澡。聯繫了前台，説晚上沒有維修工。然後沒有了下文。再度聯繫，前台小哥操着不流利英語給了我們兩個選擇:換房間或者等明天一早修理。我們選擇了換房間，前台給了兩張sorry card 可以到酒吧兑換免費飲品。換的房間在二樓，對着僧侶峯。這個酒店的亞洲團隊客户很多。

酒店感覺比街邊其他的酒店要大要新，外表是一個大大的木屋的樣子，沿街，逛街倒是很方便， 如果想看美麗的景色建議住艾格房，否則旁邊正在施工，有吊車，挺影響陽台的景色的。 房間大小也還可以，早飯算是豐富的了，有麪包，還有好吃的牛肉丸，也有水果。整體體驗還是挺不錯的，酒店還帶一個小院子，景色也不錯，另外還有泳池。

酒店景觀十分壯觀，但是國外的硬件條件我實在是無法理解。基礎設施都與國內四星相差甚遠。廁所更是簡易到不行。豪華大床房衹給兩條小被子，沒有大被子，就這樣湊合蓋了四天。我們是度蜜月…床是拼的，中間總是一條縫，嗝的慌。不一遍遍的説打掃的話，連住就沒有打掃。早餐就是蒼蠅太多了，這也是瑞士通病。但是窗外的美景真的超級棒。很少寫這麼多字，感觸頗深。

Location is good, just opposite to the First Mountain cable car station, however, if you want to go to Jungfraujoch, you will need to take the bus to the Terminal station, the shuttle bus to the bus station only has 8 seats, walking to the station is only 5 min. I don't think the hotel rate worth the money unless one is going to stay in the hotel for half day and swim or to use the facilities, the view from the balcony is nice though.
