Best Hotels near TreeTop Adventures, Canton

I was supposed to pick up my vehicle from a garage relatively near this hotel, after hours. I was unable to do so and ended up having to stay here out of necessity as my home is about an hour away. I had just gotten in from 2 weeks of vacation, I spent the entire day on two separate airplanes to get into Boston, and then to be unable to pick up my vehicle in order to finish my drive home, was frustrating. Thankfully I was able to book a very last minute room (1130pm!) at the Fairfield Marriott Boston Walpole location. The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating and empathetic. I wasn't thrilled at having to pay almost $250 for a room. I wouldn't spend more than a few hours in, but I was able to get a late check out which allowed me to get some sleep after a long day of travel and to fix my car arrangement to finish my trip. So, aside from the price, being able to book the room so last minute and having a warm welcome when I arrived was very pleasant. I was happy to not have to go anywhere for some food and picked up a couple items out of their little mini mart by the front desk, and their free breakfast was certainly helpful in the morning. Though a bit limited. The room itself is nice, although I found a few items that obviously hadn't been restocked ( just a small miss I'm sure), And as I had gotten a 3:00 p.m. check out. When I checked in the night before, I was able to get some sleep, although the first knock from housekeeping came around 10:00. I explained to the staff member that I had a late check out of 3:00 p.m., and went back to get some sleep. The second knock came at 2:00 p.m. by the same staff member who I had previously informed of the 3:00 p.m. check out. I stayed with Marriott because I do appreciate being loyal to their brand, their hotels are usually top notch for my travel, and while most of what I went through the previous night had nothing to do with them, this certainly was not my best stay at a Marriott.

After a really long day of travel I got to the hotel and was greeted by Breanna at the front desk. She gave me what I can call the initial hotel greeting, asking about day, flight and the rest. She was very polite and courteous and had a smile the whole time. I go to my room and kinda settle in then decide to grab some food nearby. When I came back a couple hours later, Breanna saw me and was all smiles and very welcoming even remembering my name. Probably the best greeting I have had in a long time. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Will be using it again when I am in town. Thank you

Carpet in elevator is dirty, front desk associates are very nice.

The hotel room is very clean, the sheets and pillows are white and white; the breakfast is very rich, you can make waffles yourself, super blueberry flavor, original flavor, and cinnamon apples. The hotel is very cost-effective, I booked it in Ctrip, a very successful choice, I have the opportunity to choose this hotel. I don't know why I can't upload photos.

My suite was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel market is well stocked. Writing a review because the staff here went above and beyond for me. I have a small stuffed animal that was given to me by my best friend that I always bring on work trips as my travel buddy. I realized after I had checked out that I accidentally left him in the room, and I was so worried it would get thrown away. I called and the person I spoke to told me they would take care of it. When I came back later in the day, they had put him in a bag with a nice note and a lollipop. (I recognize that this review sounds like it was written by a 5 year old, but I swear I'm almost 30.) It was a small thing, but involved a lot of sentimental value for me and I really appreciated the staff's kindness. Thank you for saving Bubsy!! :)

The room was my favorite by far. I loved the pool area. Hot tub was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be a repeat Customer

Hotel environment: very new, only opened in 2018, all facilities are very new and clean, the lobby has a public internet area, gym and a mini swimming pool (suitable for children). Please bring your own if you don’t have slippers (a North American hotel feature). The room we booked also has a simple kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, cutlery, tea cups, plates are provided. There are two 1.5-meter beds and a sofa bed in the room, enough for 5 people (for six adults, the sofa bed is a bit crowded. The sofa bed is only about 1.2 meters), the carpets and curtains are very new, and the air conditioning is also very new because of North America The hotel is basically window-type without a split body, the air conditioner is very noisy and loud after a long time, and it is impossible to sleep with the heating or air-conditioning all night. I just recently stayed at this hotel Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood. I will say thank you to Jane, Front Office Manager, she was very helpfull from when I check-in till the end. She gives me some details, where to visit, and shopping area. The Restaurant Bistro very nice, food are great. Not even to mention Zaccharia's Restaurant for breakfast is very very good. I will definitely recommend this hotel. What about the room, spacious and comfortable and clean. A Big Thank you too all staff👏👏👏👏👏👌
