The staff were friendly, professional, and excellent. The property was comfortable, clean, and a safe place. I loved my stay. The pool and hot tub were terrific

Beware! Booked thru *******. Checked in and was charged 127.00 more than my ******* quote. Man at front desk was very rude and arrogant. Told me that’s my price. No refunds. Call *******. Sent ******* screenshot and they said prices vary no guarantees! When gentleman was ask why so high (200.00) his response was “ It’s first Trade day’s weekend. I can charge what I want” Now to room: bed was comfortable and no carpet. Thick moldy, dirty caulking around tub. Thick plaster smeared in tub. Light fixture and fan was full bugs and dirt. Sheets and mattress was stained with big brown stains and sheets had cigarette burn in it. Long hair everywhere . Couch was filthy and stained. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Very thin walls. We listened to man next door snore all night. Breakfast was our choice of cold cereal or waffle. Some of our group killed big spider in room. Kids were afraid to go to sleep. We all went and got cleaners and Lysol to clean rooms before going to bed. Awful weekend. Will never stay here again. Everyone in group was encouraged to take photos and videos of rooms.

Caton stay
Nice over night stay on iur trip south. Loved the pool. Great breakfast. Planning on staying there again on our way back home.

All around bad trip
We checked in, went to the room and found it to be gross and it smelled terrible. I had accidentally booked a smoking room (my fault) and I’m allergic to smoke so we didn’t stay. The room was very substandard otherwise as well. It felt very unsafe and so we left immediately.

Don’t stay here!
The tv wouldn’t work. The tub wouldn’t drain. The coffee maker was broke and there was none in the lobby. They checked us into the wrong room and made us move at 1100 at nigh. I cancelled the rest of my stay.

The only issue that this facility has is parking, the property is backed up to a tall hill and the parking lot is a bit awkward and not made for large vehicles. The staff were very nice and professional, the room was clean orderly. I have no complaints.

Close to First Monday shopping, food options, good highway access.
Hot tub was not warm enough. Mentioned to staff first night, but no improvement over 3 night stay.
“Hot breakfast” was a little light: waffles, toast, packaged danishes and cereal.

MOTEL WAS AN AVERAGE STAY, NOT BAD. NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING, THOUGHT IT WAS A NEWER MOTEL.
