The Hotel seemed a bit lacking … just in that extra of what you’d expect when you are paying for an expensive stay! The staff were pleasant and the room was very nice but no toiletries in the changing room for the swimming pool. Finished dinners and glasses not cleared away. Seemed to be a bit short staffed and the music from the marquee was very loud until midnight. A nice stay but not coming away refreshed as planned unfortunately!

This hotel is sooooo nice! We got a lodge and it was clean and beautiful. The staff was so nice and they let us play snooker and enjoy the premises.

Lodges in nice wooded setting. Peaceful and despite the trees still had the sun shining thru. Was there at a warm spell no fans or any other cooling devices so lucky we had our own. Also there didn’t seem to be a phone to call reception but otherwise well equipped lodge and plan to stay a bit longer next time to fully enjoy the location and lodge.

The hotel is located in a remote manor. The scenery is beautiful during the day, a little scary at night, and the breakfast is average. It is recommended that people with cars stay there. If you want to book a cottage, forget it, there are many mosquitoes in it, and the children will be very scared.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, definitely more than 18 square meters. The view of the grass outside the window was very beautiful. Stayed here to go to White Cliff. No slippers, the waiters in the restaurant are all interns, and they confirmed the order three or four times, but the dishes were still missing. The WhatsApp service number is just for show, and no one responded after sending. Don't expect any service in British hotels. The room has a heater but it doesn't work and it's very cold at night. Indians had a party and it was noisy until 11 o'clock at night. The garden is nice and you can take pictures.
