Hotel bem localizado. Atendimento muito bom, pessoal profissional e com muita cordialidade e atenção. Café da manhã bem sortido. Apenas que nessa visita, alguns itens não estavam tão frescos, talvez por ser uma segunda-feira.

Hotel Santa Catarina Plaza de Canoinhas e nos surpreendeu muito, estávamos em uma excursão com 91 pessoas e fomos muito bem atendidos, estrutura dos quartos bacana, bem limpo e organizado, funcionários atenciosos e café da manhã bom. Todos que estavam na excursão gostaram do ambiente. Parabéns... Fomos muito bem recepcionados pela querida Laís.

Hotel muito bonito e limpo, colaboradores super educados e atenciosos é um bom café da manhã. Pontos de melhoria: manutenção da pintura dos quartos, luzes da cabeceira muito fortes e na cor branca, o que não é recomendado para quartos. Enfim, apesar destes “inconvenientes” voltaria a me hospedar com certeza neste hotel.

No quarto que me hospedei não havia nenhuma identificação que as tomadas eram todas 220V, exceto pela tomada a baixo de escrivaninha, o que faz parecer que apenas aquela era 220V. Para piorar todas as tomadas eram brancas, identificação mundial de tomada 110V. Conclusão, meu secador 11V queimou. A gerente Renata foi reativa e deu de ombros para o meu prejuízo.

Hospedagem de três semanas! Fiquei hospedada durante três semanas! O atendimento dos funcionários da cozinha e da recepção são excelente! Mas o hotel tem muitos pontos a melhorar: - Não tem vaga de garagem para todos os quartos, meu carro ficou na rua diversas vezes! Sem falar que as vagas são apertadas e difícil de estacionar! Um carro fica na frente do outro, então você depende do outro hóspede tirar o carro pra você sair. - A academia, principalmente a parte de aeróbico é bem sujo, empoeirado e Equipamentos velhos… Não é um lugar agradável! - A primeira semana fiquei no bloco B, quartos bem pequenos e mobília antiga! - O atendimento da supervisora/gerente não atendeu as minhas necessidades! Pedi uma alteração de quarto, não foi possível e não se tô muito empenho em resolver o meu problema! - Café da manhã não tem tantas opções, como consta nas fotos! De forma geral não recomendo! Tem outros hotéis na cidade com custo benefício bem melhor!

Excelente Hotel, bem localizado em frente a praça. Fica no centro de Canoinhas, com comércio, supermercados, farmácia e restaurantes por perto, uma caminhada rápida para chegar. Quartos limpos e bem cuidado, academia com equipamentos velhos e não conservados.

Hotel bom em todos os sentidos, com academia e piscina térmica que para este tempo e ótimo, café e restaurante bons, e bem localizado. De frente para a praça e perto do centro. Para quem gosta de andar de a pé e perfeito, pois centrinho e ruim de estacionar.
