Mouldy in food in fridge and shower not cleaned. Hotel couldn't change room as fully booked so had to put up with it as nowhere else to go after checking in late at night. Avoid at all costs.

It's ideal for a quick stopover . For the price I paid it's fine there was no coffee available in the Breakfast as the machine wasn't working so that was disappointing but the room was decent and spacious with a good Bathroom and i was on the 9th floor so iou get a good view from out of the window

It has its own parking space and a restaurant. It is suitable for business travelers like me. It is also the tallest building nearby. The view is nice. I give it three and a half stars for the service, because they forgot to order fries when I ordered an appetizer, and they ordered a steak medium rare but it was cooked medium rare. Does the chef know how to cook? The steak was fried dry. If I wasn't so tired and wanted to rest after eating, I would really like to rant. And I waited for 30 minutes when there were only two of us. Several dishes were served at the same time. Western food is served in order, how come they don't know this? Do I, a Chinese, have to teach them? 😂

It seems to be the only high-rise hotel in Cannock. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat at the outlet mall in a few minutes by taxi. The hotel is very quiet and very convenient for business trips.
