The hotel is generally very close to the train station and walks for five minutes. Did not pay attention to the absence of parking. There are two kinds of breakfast, a kind of 9 euros, very simple, a few breads, tea, juice. There is another 19 Euro, which is a buffet, the variety is general, the price is not high. It is also close to the beach and it takes about 10 minutes to walk.

The Hotel Martinez was the perfect home base for an amazing trip to Cannes. Perfect location across from the beach but almost dead center in either direction of all the sites. Exceptional staff, the smiles made us smile all week. All leading to a constant feel of relaxation and enjoyment of the destination.

The location is fabulous! Second line to the beach and in the center of Cannes. Furniture is somewhat old but the room and drawers are spacious and have everything you need. You can’t get a spectacular view from the room or pool but it’s still very charming.

In meinen Augen eines der schönsten und gemütlichsten Holtels die es gibt! Zum entspannen und die Privatsphäre geniessen einfach nur Perfekt! Das kleine aber feine Hotel wird von einer super tolle. Familie geführt und Valerie die es führt ist eine herzensliebe Frau die alles macht und jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer es war sehr gross (haben sogar zum gleichen Preis ein Upgrade bekommen) Wir geniessten unsere ruhe unsere Labrador Hündin war auch dabei. Und was ich einfach sagen muss der Hund war mehr wie nur willkommen wir konnten sie überall mitnehmen sie durfte auch am Pool bei uns liegen! Wir hatten einen Traumhaften aufenthalt und kommen ganz bald schon wieder! Vielen dank für diese wunderbaren Ferien einfach ein WOW….

-Right round the corner (max 5 mins) from the beach, 17 mins to train station and 22 mins to main square. -Daily cleaning of room was always to a great standard and also towels were replenished every day. - Staff were polite and helpful. - Bed was comfy, a secure safe was included, really useful to have a fridge in the room. - There is a supermarket within a 6 min walk away (Inter marche) which was very useful. - The pool was nice to have and never too busy to be without a sunbed at any point in the day. - A lot of the rooms seemed to be adjoining rooms so could hear more noise than usual. - The room was a bit scattered as the big tv (with chromecast!) could not be seen from the bed.
