Run down property. It is actually a hostel except you got your own room. You pay for what you get!!!

The hotel staff and owner were courteous and friendly. The shower pressure and function was good - only problem was that it was a tiny space. As I turned around, I bumpted the tap, which resulted in dangerously - hot water. And I’m a small person. The tap needs a temperature moderator asap.

Great hotel in Cannes with a location close to the train station, historic center and beaches, making it possible to visit the city on foot. Some rooms even have views of the Citadel. Very good welcome, affordable prices. Recommended

Room very poorly insulated, we could hear everything that happened in the corridor and outside because single glazing and our room was located between the entrance to the hotel and reception. Cleanliness level, dust under me, cobwebs, dirty walls, dirty shower joints and so on. The manager was still kind and helpful even if he didn't try to change our rooms.

Never again!! Terrible room smelling of humidity Traces of humidity on the sheets The rooms are located in the basement!!! No soundproofing! Housekeeper who starts washing machines in the morning in the hall and can be heard even in the rooms. My neighbors were talking and laughing loudly until 3:30 a.m. when I had to bang on the walls to keep them quiet. The only advantage is the proximity to the Croisette! 10min walk! Otherwise 0!! I didn’t even spend my 2nd night there because the 1st was so bad!
