It takes about 15 minutes to walk downtown.
You can have breakfast in the pretty garden, but I think it's good to feel the morning breeze while relaxing in the garden.
Haha And it seems that each room has a theme haha

This hotel was absolutely charming as was Nicole who helped us at reception and also made us a marvellous breakfast which we ate in a sweet garden.
The room has v funny artwork on the walls, and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to park right outside the hotel which was an added bonus. A 15 minute walk got us to the marina where there were many shops, cafes and restaurant.
I definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is fantastic. The owner and staff literally cannot do enough to make sure your stay is fantastic. It is in a quieter part of Cannes, but a nice walk to town and very doable. We absolutely loved the detail of the rooms and the lovely garden out back. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again if we return!

Perfect hotel, located in a quiet residential zone, walking distance from the center, beautiful rooms and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful! I certainly will return here to stay more time..

Invited by my friend, it was not me who chose this hotel, on the websites it is noted as 'city center', we will rather say the suburbs because without a car it is difficult to go to the center without going through a sporty walk, we were especially disappointed by the quantity of wallpaper on all the walls, with us the wallpaper is used to hide a wall in poor condition. The 2 positive points of this hotel are its welcome and its homemade and high quality breakfast

Nicole is a wonderful host and the hotel reflects her unique personality. The bedding is very comfortable and the bathroom modern. Each room has been individually designed by Nicole, who is a true artist. Wonderful breakfasts too.

We were invited to a congress in Cannes, having booked after my colleagues I had not had the chance to sleep in the same hotel as them, the only hotel available was hotel Ideal Sejour away from the center but at the same price as my colleagues who were in the city center. I had a small room with an overloaded decoration in the room especially on the walls, I felt like I was in a teenager's room even though I had not taken the cheapest room. Total disappoin**ent

Small but nice room, welcome by Nicole the manager, professional and friendly, homemade breakfast with good products, a good mix with sweet and salty. We can confirm that the garden is well treated against mosquitoes because we were present when the gardener came for this trea**ent, we had trouble breathing, and when we opened our room to air it was unbearable, it had ruined a day for us. vacation but after there were no more mosquitoes, we are not a fan of chemicals but from time to time, there is no choice. We keep a good memory of our stay
