The room was very small, but it met our needs perfectly. Who wants to stay in a room when you are in Cannes? It was perfectly priced.

The hotel is pretty bare-bones. Only hand soap provided in the bathroom, the "triple" room is made a triple by a cot (not what is shown in the pictures) and check-in/reception is a very narrow hallway. From my perspective, not a good value and didn't feel my expectations were set correctly - if I had been looking for a 2*, basic, cheap hotel for the night it would have been fine. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean at least. Not bad, but I expected more.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious. I travelled for MIPCOM event and it was the perfect location. Its near all the shops and a 5 minute walk to where I needed to be. It was great how they left a bottle of water in the room everyday, really handy after a long day at work. Breakfast was simple but enough for what I needed. I'd stay there again if I was to go back.
