Location is very good, front of train station.
It’s also clean.
Only limited in space, bed is not so comfortable, shower room is average.
Wifi- not working. No access …

小小的mini hotel. 房間很小，洗水間也很小，最基本的生活措施。電梯是我見過最小的電梯。
前枱就是一個女服務員，會英文。溝通沒有問題。很熱情。
這個價錢，作為臨時兩個小時前仃的旅館，坐火車來Cannes, 衹住一晚。算是可以了。最主要是地點方便，火車站對面。出火車站已經是晚上9點多了，到旅館入住、放下行李，馬上出去找法國餐吃。
出酒店，走一點路，左拐，街上一個法國餐廳，不錯，簡單實惠、價格公道。
吃完飯，逛海邊、電影宮，回來洗澡睡覺。
第二天，出旅店，在火車站對面一間cafe喝咖啡，買一塊麪包、一個點心。真好吃。咖啡沒有意大利的好喝。吃好早餐，到小旅館拿上行李，走幾步，過馬路就是火車站了。我們可以趕上早上11點半的火車。
簡簡單單衹住一個晚上，這個小小的迷你酒店算是這樣了。

Nice affordable stay for 1 day, just across the train station and 15 min walk to the beach and Cannes city centre. Room had a funny smell and no minibar, luckily the guy at the reception was so nice to let me have my Saint Tropez beignets in their staff fridge for the night.

We were very well received, by very kind people. The room, simple, still has what you need: wardrobe, desk, storage in the bathroom and good bedding. Additionally, everything was very clean.

We stayed two nights in this hotel which, thanks to its privileged position, allows you to reach both Rue d'Antibes and the famous Croisette in just a few steps. Very small stairs and lift, the rooms, although small, are clean and functional. Air conditioned, soundproofed and daily change of sheets and towels. Structure suitable for short stays.
