We paid for a prestige room, but it left a lot to be desired. In addition to the friendliness of the receptionist, they told us upon our arrival that we had reserved one of the best suites and that there are nights when the reservation costs an extra thousand euros (anyway). In other words, we thought that everything would be impeccable. Everything went well until dawn after the New Year's Eve fireworks, which by the way had a good view. We went to celebrate our engagement in the jacuzzi, which didn't work and made a lot of noise when the water was poured out at the end. We let a day go by, we don't like to bother anyone and everyone has bad days, and the next day it happened again, but they could only solve the problem the next day and we understood that part, but the shower water was cold, in December it is difficult to take a shower with cold water and every day the water was never regular which made the stay unpleasant... the jacuzzi problem was solved on the third day and we understood, they tried their best, a new room and breakfast included and we are grateful for that, the water issue was one of the negative points and the breakfast served in the room was missing some things that were on the menu (at no additional cost) which they should have warned about, but anyway. All in all, the bed is very comfortable, the location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and the view is very beautiful! The decor could be better and the equipment too. The cleaning could also be improved, there are drip marks on the toilet lid that shouldn't be there and the seagulls' **** on the terrace that wasn't cleaned on any of the days🫠. But I believe it was just a bad phase that can happen anywhere, don't forget to visit, it's just an assessment, perhaps from a slightly more demanding person who works with a demanding public! 😅
