"Unfortunately we found some insects in the room, which were walking on us. It was not pleasant, especially for the cost of the structure. The laundry, despite being coin-operated, does not work 24 hours a day.
The reception staff were very kind
Overall, the structure was old"
"This hotel offers great value for the price. If you're planning to visit Canmore, Banff, and Lake Louise and don’t mind driving up to 2 extra hours round-trip, this is an excellent option. The accommodation is comfortable and includes coffee, a microwave, a smart TV, and free parking. There are also several restaurants and shops nearby."

"We had a great 3 night stay here. We got the room with the balcony where you can see the mountains too. I really appreciate their room service. When we use to return to our rooms after a long day, the room and bathroom would be tidied up and provided fresh towels. The room was a decent size, it had an iron and microwave. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was awesome. It opened at 7am. We would leave the hotel for a long day with our bellies full. The staff was constantly refilling and cleaning the tables. The varieties were great and tasty. I loves their eggs, hash browns and seasoned potato wedges. They also had orange, apple and pomegranate juice. They have a nice conveyor toaster which I thought was convenient for everyone. We never had trouble with parking. The waterslide and pool is great fun. They also have a hot tub and sauna. I really appreciate the shower/restroom they have by the pool so you can shower and change before heading back to your room. There’s plenty of pool towels too. The location is near to several restaurants and gas stations. I would recommend staying here."
"Service: Enthusiastic and patient. The one-bedroom suite we booked was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, but it was a pity that one room was wasted. It is very close to the town of Banff, and it is very convenient to drive to the attractions. Facilities: kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom, master bedroom suite, balcony. The hotel is generally great. There is a kitchen where you can go to the supermarket to buy things and cook by yourself. Pots, pans, knives and forks, salt and pepper, dishwasher, washing are all available. There is an outdoor swimming pool. I only stayed there for one bowl. It’s a pity that I didn’t experience it. I will choose this place next time. Highly recommended"
"I chose the family room and was satisfied.
The room was large and the facilities were good.
The only problem was the soundproofing, but I was satisfied.
If I visit Canmore again, I would choose it again."
"The appearance of the apartment is not new, but the interior decoration is very good and the facilities are complete. Electric fireplace adjustable. The waiter was also nice and cleaned up every day. Before leaving, I forgot to leave a tip, a little embarrassed. In short, I live very well. I feel that developed countries are just a penny and a lot of money. The children are very happy."
"The hotel is new and clean, with unique design. It is also very convenient to Banff. The only drawback is that the air conditioner in the room is noisy."
"Sofa/sofabed dirty. The sheets weren't changed on the sofa bed. The sofabed makes a loud noise when turning while sleeping on it. Pee stains on carpet. Regardless of above fully functional."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!
GGuest UserGreat service! We enjoyed the hot tubs and our room had everything we needed (toaster, coffee, grill, table and chairs, couch, tea pot, etc!).
The location was within a walk of downtown, but out of the way so we could get to the highway quickly.
Definitely would stay here again!
GGuest UserI checked in a little after midnight, so there was no parking space, but the staff looked around and kindly guided me, so I was able to park well. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and it was a great location for my Banff trip. I really want to come back in the summer and see more because it's snowing.
GGuest UserSome rooms are not soundproof, and the room is separated from the others by a door? ? ? The voice of the next door is very clear. I felt unsatisfied when I checked in for the first time. I will not choose this hotel next time; there is parking lot.
GGingerNutzMy wife and I stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was serviced half way through our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. One of the kitchen lights wasn't working. It was fixed as soon as I reported it to reception. The hotel is close to the trans-Canada highway and most guests will have a car. We didn't have a car so it was a decent hike into town. I would certainly choose the hotel for my next stay in Canmore.
EEric N.Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!
CchristineI was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay.
Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. I look forward to my next stay.
Kkateyang23This hostel is 10/10 recommended. It is cheap and everything is with nice quality. The staffs there are really sweet. The restaurant and bar downstairs is an amazing place to meet the locals here and get to know more about Canmore and Banff. You can also make new friends here as a solo-traveler. This hostel makes my experience of this trip unforgettable. Also, I can’t believe people here wake up with this amazing view every day. The place is surrounded by snowy mountains, which make the experience feel like wonderland. It is also very convenient to travel from here to Banff. You just need to take bus 3. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the hostel, which is very nice.
GGuest UserThe room was very clean, the surrounding scenery was pleasant, and it was close to Banff and relatively cost-effective. Although the price in summer is not cheap. There is free parking, which is very convenient.
青青红萝卜Nice hotel with full facilities. The washing and drying machine is very easy to use. The shower room is very useful. If you go on a cold day, you can also use the sauna. The kitchen is also very nice and comfortable to live in. There is also a fireplace. The door is made of glass. I think it is an electric stove. The carbon inside is a fake decoration. But the carbon is real and it is really burning. There is a gas stove under the carbon. On the wall, the same switch as the interior light. Feeling better.
