"great place as your basecamp to explore banff national park and calgary, the room is large with kitchen and washer, highly recommended. it is pricy but so are the rest of other hotels/lodge in the area and a bit cheaper compared to hotels in banff. Clean and well maintained 👍"
"The appearance of the apartment is not new, but the interior decoration is very good and the facilities are complete. Electric fireplace adjustable. The waiter was also nice and cleaned up every day. Before leaving, I forgot to leave a tip, a little embarrassed. In short, I live very well. I feel that developed countries are just a penny and a lot of money. The children are very happy."
"Because Banff’s hotels are too expensive, I live in the town of Kenmore. I have a Safeway grocery shopping restaurant. I cook in the hotel and eat too much. I have a room and a room. There is a big bed in the room. There is a sofa bed with an electric stove. Large refrigerator, washing machine, large bathtub, parking in the underground garage, direct elevator to the upper floor, and a balcony for a great barbecue experience."

"Nice hotel with full facilities. The washing and drying machine is very easy to use. The shower room is very useful. If you go on a cold day, you can also use the sauna. The kitchen is also very nice and comfortable to live in. There is also a fireplace. The door is made of glass. I think it is an electric stove. The carbon inside is a fake decoration. But the carbon is real and it is really burning. There is a gas stove under the carbon. On the wall, the same switch as the interior light. Feeling better."
"The staff at the front desk were not very friendly and their facial expressions were not very nice. (Individual staff!)
There are various types of facilities, which is good.
The check in time is too late, 4:00 pm, and the check out time is too early, 11:00 am. In terms of price, it is not worth it.
The room I stayed in was on the 2nd floor, next to the swimming pool. Every day I could hear the sound of residents walking upstairs. I wonder if the upper floor was not carpeted and the sound insulation was not good!"
"Great service! We enjoyed the hot tubs and our room had everything we needed (toaster, coffee, grill, table and chairs, couch, tea pot, etc!).
The location was within a walk of downtown, but out of the way so we could get to the highway quickly.
Definitely would stay here again!"
"We booked this mostly as it included breakfast, the picture shows a continental breakfast area in the kitchen, however, you have to go to reception to get a basket and have no choice in what you get. I have allergies so couldn’t eat most of it so gave it to my partner. The rest of the hotel is great just let down slightly by breakfast"
"The basecamp in Canmore was amazing and the new renovations look really nice. The employees where super nice and friendly, Jonathan in particular helped us a lot "
"The environment is very good, and the hotel is very quiet, because I didn't pay attention to the window when I arrived at night, I got up in the morning and found that there is a very beautiful snow mountain. The location is near the high speed, which is very convenient. We arrived at twelve in the middle of the night, and we did n’t know about them until Check in was only 11 p.m. If there were friends who arrived as late as us, please call in advance."

DDanny VicLocation was awesome front desk staff were very helpful my kids enjoyed the swimming pool and it was really well maintained will return in the near future for sure !
JJess CollinsGreat room at a great price. The location was also great, if only we had had more time and warmer weather to explore. The coffee shop looked lovely as well, but we didn't get a chance to try it because of our arrival/departure times. We were very excited about the outdoor hot tub, so we were disappointed to find it was closed upon our arrival. This happens so frequently on our trips across Canada though, so we weren't overly surprised. I have some sort of bad luck jinx when it comes to hot tubs!
FfeisonwangHow can the hotel mail not be received, so that it can not be checked in at night, but fortunately Trip.com actively coordinated and resolved. I can understand that the hotel is unattended, but obviously it is over if you can't contact it in the email communication. The room is still ok. The brand can be, it is very good to live in Grizzly Town, but obviously Canmore's hotels are not good at this brand.
GGuest UserSome rooms are not soundproof, and the room is separated from the others by a door? ? ? The voice of the next door is very clear. I felt unsatisfied when I checked in for the first time. I will not choose this hotel next time; there is parking lot.
XXIANZEI really like this hotel, I have my own free parking lot, the location is very good, and it is very close to banff. The first floor lobby has free coffee hot water and fruit. Sitting on the sofa and watching the scenery is so cool. The room has a small balcony that is perfect for watching the scenery. The room is very clean, very recommended
EEric N.Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!
GGuest UserWe stayed here 2nights while waiting for the winter tires to get installed.. that is saying that we did not have a car for two days but the location of this lodge was great so that we were comfortably able to stay :) Everything was walking distance and lots of great food options around us! The TV was huge and we enjoy google Chromecast (brought ours) all day long! The hot tub was right beside our room so We just quickly run into the tub but there is no changing room so it would be inconvenient to someone if their room is far from the tub.
Only complain I would have is that there was no microwave for the room of selection we had.
CcythereanIt's pretty easy to find, and it's easy to find after following the navigation. Self check-in and check-out, the service was not felt.
There is a 24-hour convenience store not far from the hotel, so it is convenient, and the pots and pans in the room are quite complete, so breakfast can be done by yourself. The price-performance ratio of three bedrooms and one hall is ok, one bedroom is more expensive
CConnor RoughleyPerfect location as slap bang in the middle of the main street and has everything available around it to you, close to bus stops, shops, restaurants and trails.
A self service hostal so can't comment on service as you serve yourself.
Kitchen available but can be cramps due to other people in the hostel using it and limited cooking room if someone else is using it.
Would use again
GGuest UserThe outside of building is quite run down. Parking is not always granted to guests as it fills up quickly.
I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.
