The front desk was helpful and solved customer queries efficiently.
The room was comfortable and clean. I slept well and had warm bath here. It's a great time to stay here.

We booked this mostly as it included breakfast, the picture shows a continental breakfast area in the kitchen, however, you have to go to reception to get a basket and have no choice in what you get. I have allergies so couldn’t eat most of it so gave it to my partner. The rest of the hotel is great just let down slightly by breakfast

I checked in a little after midnight, so there was no parking space, but the staff looked around and kindly guided me, so I was able to park well. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and it was a great location for my Banff trip. I really want to come back in the summer and see more because it's snowing.
