Warm welcoming and I got upgraded to another room since it was slow day for them :)
Room was spacious and tidy but there were hairs from previous customer here and there..
They also extended my checkout to 12pm! They accommodated me very well! Nice and quiet, nice for solo trip. Close to plaza for takeout and dine-in

I was very impressed with this property. I think some people who get rooms facing the railway complain about noise, my room was facing the parking lot so I did not hear anything.
Staff at the reception was amazing. I walked in, check in was fast and smooth and everything was explained to me.
My only suggestion to staff is to replace those coffee makers inside the rooms with normal water kettles. I know there is a kettle in the common area but it would have been nice to have one in the room.
Parking was always available when I stayed there.
My room was very spacious, the bathroom was clean. My towels were also changed every 2 days even though I wasn’t expecting it. I thought you have to request it. But they did it anyway.
Overall I had an amazing stay here. It is absolutely perfect if you are thinking of going skiing around Banff. Also it was very budget friendly!!

Only stayed one night and the room was very clean and large. A good bang for your buck for a room in Canmore. Would definitely stay again!

Only thing i found odd was how low the shower head was. I’m a taller fellow so it was a bit awkward but overall i loved the place definitely would recommend

Room we stayed in has poor sound proofing, you can easily hear the outdoor and hallway noises as well as the footsteps from above.

I liked the convenience of the place. Close to town. Close to the hiway. There is a railroad track through town but I wore earplugs at night to not hear sound. There is limited parking at this place. I was fortunate enough not to worry about a parking spot. Just got lucky I guess. All in all, not a bad place to stay.

Just stayed one night. check in and check out was very easy. Staff was great. Rooms are a bit dated. could use a new coat of paint. very convienent to the down dtown area.
