Very poor service. We showed up at 9:40, and were provided poor instructions to access our room. When we finally got to our room, the access code was wrong, and no one was around to help us as front desk staff are only available until 10. We were locked out. We called security, and they showed up but let us know this property doesn't have any sort of master key. They called the owner to see if he could help but it turns out he never takes calls after hours. Security said this was normal for the copperstone, and they've had this exact same issue with other guests. We had to leave and find accomodations elsewhere.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Only 10 min drive to Canmore and 30 minutes to Nakiska ski resort. Very well priced. Only negative is that there is only 1 hot tub for the whole complex and it was full most of the time

I have stayed here many times over the years and it is the best and most affordable place for what you get. It is 10mins from Canmore which is incredibly convenient. I am one who appreciates a quiet comfortable stay and this is just perfect. The rooms are apar**ent style and yet cheaper than a basic hotel room. Full size kitchen/appliances as well as laundry in your suite. Huge bathrooms and bedrooms. Cozy living room area and electric fire place for those chilly winter days. Plus it is PET-FRIENDLY! It is incredibly clean, comfortable, and private. Very family friendly as well as they have rooms with bunkbeds and a pullout couch as well. 1000/10 will recommend if you are looking for a mountain getaway without the mountain prices. Thank you copperstone for everything!

The hot tub was amazing! We loved the convenience of having a kitchen and being able to cook and not have to eat out all the time. Tge underground parking was marvellous.

Brought my queen here for a weekend of relaxation and it was amazing. Property was very modern and clean. Location was just a short trip to Canmore. Staff was very polite and helpful. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. We will be back.

The resort was clean, spacious, and convenient driving distance to Banff and all activities we wanted to experience. Highly recommend as a lower cost of stay if you don't mind driving the extra 10 - 40 minutes to activities offered in the area. Canmore is just an 8 min drive and just as nice as Banff with great food and people.
