Really not a good place. The rooms are old dirty and there is no heating. It took a day to get a top up heating for a freezing room. The general standards are low accross the board, beds are hard and really uncomfortable, showers date back to the 80’s….and it is pretty far away from the slopes.

Tenía una reserva en este hotel en Andorra, pero lamentablemente me he visto afectada por la reciente DANA en L'Alcúdia (Valencia), quedándome sin coche (entre otras muchas cosas) para poder viajar. Sin saber en que momento podremos volver a la normalidad y reponernos de esta tragedia. A pesar de ser una situación de fuerza mayor, el hotel no ha mostrado comprensión ni disposición para reembolsar la reserva. No teniendo comparación la perdida que tendrían ellos, con todo lo que hemos perdido las personas afectadas por esta catástrofe. Me parece una falta de empatía y flexibilidad, especialmente cuando muchos estamos atravesando circunstancias fuera de nuestro control.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße. Parkplätze stehen in der Parkzone gegenüber dem Hotel zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war OK und sehr groß. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Der Preis von fast 100 Euro, den die Rezeptionistin verlangte, war allerdings zu hoch, da das Hotel auf verschiedenen Internetplattformen wesentlich billiger angeboten wird.

Horrible, viejo, desgastado, la calefacción no funcionaba. Mobiliario espantoso, y cama matrimonial de 120cm que no cabe una pareja no queriendo. Ni por el precio compensa de dor’ir en este hotel. Está en el medio de la nada entre dos estaciones de esquí. Ni siquiera se puede acceder a las pistas andando….a evitar absolutamente.

Primero destacar que el personal del hotel es muy agradable, valoramos mucho su buen hacer. Por otro lado, la habitación, deja mucho que desear… el sofá cama estava muy sucio, el secador del cabello del baño no funcionava, y el wifi no llegava bien, hacía frio en las habitaciones y no habia posibilidad de poner la temperatura a tu gusto. La comida, por las mañanas el desayuno estava acceptable, por las noches la cena, todo comida congelada y de muy pesima calidad… información poco clara en Internet, ya que describen que tienen sauna y jacuzzi todos los dias abierto, y cuando llegas allí, esta fuera de servicio… en general, poco cuidado y en malas condiciones.

Sin aire. Sólo calefacción. Hay que abirir la ventana que da a la carretera. Con un ruido espantoso del camión de la basura, los coches y la gente. Ah y controlamos cuando van al baño los de al lado. Se oye todo Él spa es una bañerita por la que te cobran 10€ por 40 minutos. Un timo. Porque no pone que sea de pago hasta que ves él cartel allí. Ver que del buffet sale un camarero y se sienta fuera en la puerta s fumar y sin lavarse vuelve a las mesas es de lo mas repugnante. Prefiero no saber como cocinan. Él servicio de bar lo lleva recepción que si tiene cola te toca esperar. Sinceramente por lo que he pagado me parece una tomadura de pelo total. Desilusión. Eso si.. La habitación limpia quitando él suelo que te deja los pies negros . que además no coincide nada de la ha habitación con lo de la web.si es vista a la montaña pero se les olvida decir a la carretera y a la terraza del bar y la.mesa de ping pong espero una explicación
